February 2024 Caregiver of the Month: Carolina

Join us in a standing ovation for our February CarePro of the month Carolina! Carolina consistently demonstrates her devotion to our clients through her compassionate care. There are no words to describe how happy we are to have this phenomenal professional as a part of our team. All the clients she cares for love having her as a part of their team. She is empathetic, efficient, and always has a kind word for everyone around her. As a dedicated overnight care professional, she consistently puts forth her best despite challenging times. It has not been a year since Carolina joined our team, but she has proven herself to be a proficient and skilled care person. Kudos to Carolina!

January 2024 Caregiver of the Month: Lorna

Please join us in a standing ovation for our Care Professional of the month for January! Lorna always goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional standard of care for her clients. She is hard working, reliable, kind, and has the heart of a caregiver. Once a client gets to know her, they only want her to work for them. She is down to earth and efficient while on shifts and never hesitates to lend a helping hand. If she has any concerns with clients, she always communicates with the administrative team and clients to find the optimal solution.  We know our clients are in good hands when Lorna is on the job! We are blessed to have her as a part of our care team at Home Instead Honolulu. 

December 2023 Caregiver of the Month: Noronie

Please join us in awarding Noronie A. with a standing ovation for providing exceptional care and earning the Care Pro of the Month for December. In her short time with our team, Noronie has consistently demonstrated dependability, compassion, and deep consideration for the families she works with. She meets ever obstacle with an optimistic approach and a smile. She has quickly become an integrated member of every care team she is a part of. We know our clients are in kind and capable hands when she is with them. One of her clients said, "she feels like a friend you've known forever". Her ability to form lasting bonds while providing exceptional care is a truly a gift. We are so blessed to have her in our Ohana!

November 2023 Caregiver of the Month: Yukari

At Home Instead Honolulu, we pride ourselves on having the best and most skilled caregivers in the industry. Yukari comes to mind when we think of a care professional that will go above and beyond for clients. In the two years that she has been with the company she has shown us to be reliable and proficient in the way she cares for everyone. She is an unprecedented example of professionalism and empathy. With her reliability, Yukari has been providing consistent support and care for clients in every shift that she works. We are very honored to have chosen her to be our Caregiver of the Month

Her compassion knows no bounds, as she provides unwavering support and empathy to both her clients and their families. Mele shines as a beacon of kindness. She's not just reliable; she's a steadfast pillar of support, always there when you need her most. She has been a devoted member of our Home Instead team for almost 10 years, and has never let a client down. With a heart full of dedication, she works tirelessly to ensure the well-being of those she cares for, going above and beyond with a smile that can brighten anyone's day.
