Kurt and I worked side by side since 2010 serving the seniors of the Adams and Franklin County areas. Upon Kurt's passing in May of 2019, I was given the opportunity to acquire Home Instead Senior Care. I am thrilled about this opportunity and I look forward to engaging with the community and continuing the support our team and our amazing CAREGivers! I feel especially blessed to be able to carry on Kurt's legacy through our children and Home Instead Senior Care.
Eric Morrison, Chief Operating Officer
Our Chief Operating Officer, Eric, is a Penn State University graduate where he earned a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Since graduating, he worked as an operations manager and successfully opened and operated a dental office in York, PA. He has several years of business management experience to bring to our team and is excited to be making an impact in our office as well as in the community.
Eric resides in York, PA with his wife, Abby. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, and golfing.
Gail Walls, General Manager
Gail is the General Manager for Home Instead Senior Care. She has been caring for seniors since 1985 in roles such as a Nurse's Aide, Personal Support Specialist, Certified Medication Administrator and Residential/Social Services Director.
Gail began working for Home Instead Senior Care in 2010 as the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator before advancing to the position of General Manager in 2013.
Working for Home Instead has brought her the most value out of all of her career experiences. Gail finds it exceptionally rewarding to build and maintain relationships with clients and their families. It is her passion to improve seniors' lives by providing support and training to their family members.
In her spare time, Gail enjoys drawing, painting, and spending time with her husband, Scott and son Troy and their 4 dogs, Ella, Charlie, Birdie and Olivia.
Latosha Gates, Office Coordinator
I joined Home Instead August 2023 prior to joining Home instead I was a Homecare supervisor were I gained experience with Human resources, Scheduling , recruitment , and marketing .
I was an CNA for 15 years before becoming a homecare supervisor providing care for the elderly working with Spiritrust Lutheran Life gaining clinical , hospice and physical therapy experience.
I love to provide care and support for our elderly community. I have always had a passion for helping others and making a difference in others' lives . In my spare time I love to travel , cook, and spend time with my husband, Donovan , son , Donjore and daughter Demi .
