As the owner of the Hampton Bays franchise, she loves what she does and is very passionate about the work she has yet to accomplish in the future.

Beth Ann Long joined the Home Instead Team in 2011 as the Client Care Coordinator. She brings 38 years of experience to our agency as a Geriatric Social Worker. She is specialized as a discharge planner and has worked in several rehab facilities, where she was responsible for arranging home care plans and community supportive services. Beth Ann has a great understanding of the issues that affect our seniors at home. As the Client Care Coordinator, Beth Ann assists with Service Inquiries and provides Quality Assurance home visits to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services they are receiving. Beth Ann also assists with our continuing education and training of our caregivers to assure that they are providing the best possible care to our clients.

Lynsay Halikias joined our team in 2013 as a Caregiver and was moved into the Service Coordinator role in 2019. She is now the Scheduling Manager and her role is pivotal to our team. Having been a caregiver herself, Lynsay brings sensitivity and empathy to her role as a scheduler. Lynsay works closely with our key players, including Beth Ann, our Director of Client Service, to ensure clients have a positive experience and are content and comfortable with the care they are receiving. When Lynsay is not working she is spending time with her three wonderful children and husband.

Anjelica returned to the Home Instead team in 2023, picking back up her role as the Office Manager. Anjelica oversees the team and assists in any aspect of scheduling, client coordination and general day to day administrative needs. Anjelica has worked in healthcare for over 10 years in both home care and addiction treatment. Her passion for helping others has kept her pursuing a career in which she can assist those in need. When Anjelica is not working, she is on the board for two non-profit organizations helping those in the local LGBTQIA+ community.
