Our experience with Home Instead has been VERY positive. The staff, especially Sara and Rachael, is continuously helpful and accommodating. They check in to see how things are going and to see there is anything more they can be doing. They keep me informed on any upcoming changes and I consider them quite approachable. The caregivers who have been assigned to my husband seem to have his best interest in mind. He looks forward to spending his days with Big Dave, Patricia and Rose! I know he will be all smiles when I get home from work and I have peace of mind while I am away. They do a great job keeping his mind and his body active and they do it in fun ways. The Home Instead Clackamas office provided excellent care for my Mom. back in December and January. My Mom had extensive burns over 18% of her body and required 24 hour care. The entire team at Home Instead exceeded my expectations through out the time they took care of my Mom. I had a lot of choice in selecting a care giver but I"m grateful I selected Home Instead Clackamas.
Our caregiver is always on time and so personable and responsive. The agency is flexible when I need it. I have it all with this caregiver.

Home Instead has been extraordinarily helpful in assessing the needs for my friend with early stage dementia. The case manager did a wonderful job of matching caregivers to care needs after a lengthy interview with both my friend and me. Our long time caregiver is a perfect fit! Office staff are great, as well.

We have been extremely pleased with our mother's caregiver. She is fun, compassionate, and seems to know exactly what our mother needs. With dementia there is a lot of emotional ups and downs, and our caregiver has been very adaptable and gracious.
