Our local office pays close attention to both clients and Care Pros so care can be coordinated around what each family actually needs.
For eligible older adults, another option may be available through EISEP. Home Instead Auburn participates in EISEP programs in Cayuga and Seneca counties, helping provide home care to older adults who otherwise may not be able to afford family-funded services.
Our relationships with county providers have also helped us become a resource for families who later choose to arrange services themselves.
Our service area includes Cayuga and Seneca counties as well as rural communities where home care resources can be limited.
That rural coverage matters. For some families, non-medical assistance with meals, household routines, companionship, transportation, and other everyday needs may be enough to help an older loved one continue living in their own home.
