Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion. In Home CAREGiver needed in Hamilton and Boone counties including Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Cicero and Zionsville. *Do you like added responsibilities and additional benefits? Consider our Core Caregiver position. All requirements are the same as the CAREGiver position, except experience is required for the Core position, additional benefits listed under “Core CAREGiver Benefits”.

CORE CAREGiver Benefits:
- Includes all CAREGiver benefits
- PTO 20 hours after 90 days of employment and additional 20 hours after 180 days of employment
- Ongoing PTO on your anniversary date each year.
- Guaranteed 36 hours + OT if available
CAREGiver Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.)
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Transportation
- Alzheimer’s Care
CAREGiver Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- 100% compliance on company policy including but not limited to turning in all up-to-date certifications/documents
- Must be able to travel anywhere in our Hamilton and Boone County area
- Complete all required education and training
- Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly
