Meet Our Team

More than 25 years ago Chris and Cheri Irons embarked on a life changing experience. They, along with family members, provided personal care for Cheri's failing grandmother. "This experience made us realized how critical in-home care is for the elderly to continue to flourish as their health begins to fail," says Chris Irons. 

Inspired by this new awareness, Chris and Cheri began to investigate opening a business that would truly make a difference in the lives of others. In the fall of 1996 the Irons discovered Home Instead, a newly developed franchise dedicated to providing quality care, through extraordinarily trained Caregivers, to enhance the lives of seniors. It was a perfect fit, a business model based on the core value of compassion.

Many years later, the business continues to thrive with offices in Noblesville, Lafayette, and Lebanon, Indiana. Chris often states, " The rewards in this business are immeasurable. We truly have an amazing group of dedicated Caregivers and office staff who are changing the lives of their clients every day by providing the help they need in the security of their own homes."

Marci joined the Home Instead team in October, 2019 after a 15 year career as a school based Speech-Language Pathologist.  Having been a Caregiver during her high school and college years, Marci’s passion to not only enrich the lives of Seniors but also support their families led her to Home Instead. She feels truly blessed and grateful to work with this amazing Home Instead family.

Molli Joined the Home Instead family as a Caregiver first, using
her passion for helping others to provide care for seniors. With her Caregiving experience and her 12 plus years in managerial experience, she was able to bring her caring nature into the administrative duties of the office. Both aspects make her the perfect resource to juggle client and caregiver scheduling.

Raini graduated from Ball State University in May of 2021, where she started her human resource journey as an assistant for a former company. She wanted a change of pace which brought her to Home Instead in November of 2022. She is  pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Resources and
Organizational Development.

Dona has 28 years of experience working in the different areas of nursing facilities including Memory Care, Rehab, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, as well as Home Health. With Dona’s expertise, she assists all Caregivers in acquiring the skills needed to provide excellent care in a safe manner to our clients. Dona is excited to be part of a company that assists their clients to be as independent in their homes as long as possible.

Misty joined Home Instead in August 2021 as a Caregiver, where she then moved to the CORE Caregiver position a few months later. Misty is a certified CPR Instructor and provides adult CPR/First Aid training to the Noblesville Home Instead Caregivers.

Shannon joined the Home Instead team in August 2020. She was a stay-at-home mom and homeschooled her daughter, who will be heading off to college in the fall. In all her volunteer roles throughout those years, from MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), to the homeschool co-ops, to her daughter's volleyball team, she always ended up as the treasurer or financial coordinator so this position is a natural fit. In her spare time, Shannon likes to read, listen to Dave Ramsey podcasts, swim and travel.
