Home Instead contracts with HESSCO

As the Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for South Norfolk County in Massachusetts, HESSCO’s mission is to help older adults and individuals living with a disability remain safe and independent at home for as long as possible. Alzheimer's/Dementia Home Care Grant

Home Instead Senior Care® has partnered with HFC® to establish the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Grant Program. This initiative offers grants for home care services to families dealing with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. Hilarity for Charity collaborates with the Alzheimer’s Association® and the Home Instead Senior Care network, ensuring families have access to valuable home care and support programs.

Walpole Community Food Pantry

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the pantry has shifted to a delivery and pickup model of service. Distributions occur on Wednesdays from 2:30pm-4:00pm at Walpole High School. Please note that we are happy to make alternate arrangements for those who are unable to attend distributions on Wednesdays. In addition, deliveries are made to residents of Diamond Pond Terrace and Neponset View Terrace. If you or someone you know needs food assistance, please contact us at (508) 668-0106.

Our food pantry is open to residents of West Roxbury, Roslindale, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, and Mattapan, and our special programs for school children, disabled and homeless veterans, and elderly & home-bound neighbors ensure our less visible community members are not forgotten.

Canton Food Pantry

Our purpose is to provide free food to eligible Canton residents. We serve many individuals and families, on a temporary basis, who have been affected by economic problems. The Food Pantry is operated entirely by volunteers who wish to help their fellow townspeople, by providing a basic human necessity.

St. Anthony’s Free Market, Stoughton

The mission of Saint Anthony’s is to contribute to the nutritional needs of low-income residents of Stoughton.  During COVID, a family of 1 with a weekly income less than $613 or a family of 4 making less than $1260 weekly ($65,500 yearly) are eligible.
