Home Instead CAREPros

Our CAREPros are residents of the Ocean County area who are carefully screened, fully bonded and insured. Each takes part in our training program along with our Home Instead Alzheimer & Dementia training. We place a high priority on matching our CAREPros with our clients to help develop a bond that will foster independence, promote well-being and support the senior's needs with respect and dignity.

David D'Alliessi

President

David is the President at the Waretown, NJ (Southern Ocean County) office of Home Instead Senior Care. David earned an undergraduate business degree and a MBA from Rutgers University, is a CFA charterholder and worked in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years prior to starting his career at Home Instead Senior Care. After taking care of his mother for many years, David realized that he had a true passion for taking care of others and for helping other families get quality care for their loved ones. David currently lives in NJ with his wife and 3 children. When not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, working out, and watching football/movies.

Davina Dib

Community Relations Director

Davina is responsible for business development, marketing and networking in and around the local communities we serve. She comes to us from a Skilled Nursing Facility background which enables her to empathize with our clients and their families as they navigate the aging process with their loved ones. Her administrative and customer service experience is extensive, allowing her to be very diligent in her work and personable to clients and their families, co-workers and community members. Davina is a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), as well as a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT) and currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management in order to better serve her clients and their families. Having been raised here in Ocean County, she is very familiar with the area and stays intimately involved with the community. During her free time, she keeps busy with her three children, two dogs, schoolwork and volunteering with the senior and special needs communities!

Carisa Sulkowski

Director of Nursing (DON)

Carisa graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor's in Nursing and Kean University with a Master's in Nursing. She then continued her education at Bradley University, graduating with an Advanced Practice degree in Nursing. Carisa has over 20 years of nursing experience in critical care, homecare/hospice, leadership, education, and school nursing. Carisa resides in Forked River with her husband and two children. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children's sporting events.

Amanda Herbert

Human Resources/ Client Engagement Coordinator

Amanda graduated from Towson University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology. After working for a few years in Maryland, she wanted a change of scenery and decided to move to Maine where she obtained her social work license. For 13+ years Amanda worked within the social services/human services industry in various capacities such as children and family services, children's behavioral health case management and children/adult group home management. After becoming a mother she wanted more flexibility in order to meet her family's needs and decided to make a career shift by obtaining her license to become a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA). She has been a CAREGiver for the past 5 years and her ongoing passion for advocating for the needs of others continues to be her top priority in her current position as well. Amanda resides in Bayville with her husband and daughter. During her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting Maine as much as possible!

Alicia D'Alliessi

Office Assistant/HR Recruiter

Alicia is a graduate from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. She spent over 10 years working in the fitness industry as a facility manager, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Wellness Coach. After spending a few years at home raising her 3 children, she now works part-time with Home Instead as an Office Assistant and HR Recruiter. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, watching her children play sports and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Maribel (Belle) Castillo

Scheduler

Belle has spent over four years as a Virtual Medical Receptionist for hospitals, clinics, and care facilities in the U.S., supporting doctors, nurses, and staff while keeping things running smoothly. That experience taught her the value of compassion, accuracy, and teamwork in healthcare. She loves being a bit of a "cupid" - helping find the perfect match between caregivers and clients. It's rewarding for her to know her work makes life easier for families and frees up healthcare pros to focus on what they do best: caring for people. Belle enjoys spending time with her family when she's not managing the schedule here at Home Instead!
