About Us
Meet Our Home Care Team
Darcy A. Mertoian, Operations Manager
Darcy has been working for Home Instead Senior Care- Grosse Pointe Woods, since they opened their doors in July 2007. She has, however, worked for the franchise owners for over thirty years in other capacities. She serves as the Operations Manager for the franchise and oversees the day to day workings of the company. Darcy also, handles all the billing and payroll for our clients and Caregivers. She has always distinguished herself with superior customer service. This has been a huge asset when aiding our senior clients.
Lori Mahfet, Administrative Aid
Lori joined our team in August 2014, and has supported our efforts to serve the senior community, in an exemplary manner. She takes care of the caregivers whenever they may have "hours" issues and is very calming, and professional. She helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently!!
