Carolyn, MGRM & Franchise Owner since 2007

Carolyn's role and focus is to inspire our employees to:
  • Become the best version of themselves
  • Provide opportunities for growth and enrichment that will benefit them in their lives and futures
In providing these opportunities, she ensures that her team is able to provide the best care possible to our clients and families.  Carolyn embodies a spirit of service which is present in her desire to care for the community through our daily work and outreach programs like 'Be A Santa to a Senior' and 'Happy Cards'.   Her quote from Martin Luther King Jr. says it all - “Not everybody can be famous. But everybody can be great, because greatness is determined by service”.

 

Tammie, Service Manager, onboard since 2017

As Service Manager, Tammie oversees the labyrinth of scheduling, intricate billing & payroll cycles, and our on-call team.  Her favorite quote from Mark Twain is "If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything!" 

Michelle, Human Resource Coordinator, onboard since 2021

As HR, Michelle oversees all aspects of Caregiver onboarding, accountability, and compliance.  Her personal life phrase is 'In and with kindness, always be truthful'.  

Michelle Bryant, Lead Specialist Manager, onboard since 2012

As Lead Specialist Manager, Michelle oversees all aspects of potential clients starting with the very first phone call through possibly signing for our services.  Being client-focused means the following for her, "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking." - Henry Ford

Jessica assist clients and their families by working to fill shifts with Care Pros based on skill sets and personalities.

Cynthia, Client Care Coordinator

As Client Care Coordinator, Cynthia assists in all areas of Client Care.  Helping clients and their families fully engage "aging in place."
