Carolyn's role and focus is to inspire our employees to:

In providing these opportunities, she ensures that her team is able to provide the best care possible to our clients and families.  Carolyn embodies a spirit of service which is present in her desire to care for the community through our daily work and outreach programs like 'Be A Santa to a Senior' and 'Happy Cards'.   Her quote from Martin Luther King Jr. says it all - “Not everybody can be famous. But everybody can be great, because greatness is determined by service”.

​As District Operations Director, Kristen oversees the day-to-day office operations while leading the Key Player Staff to care for Clients and develop strong Caregivers.  Her motto is, "Hurt Never, Help Ever" in the care of Clients, Families, Caregivers, and Staff. 

As Lead Specialist Manager, Michelle oversees all aspects of potential clients starting with the very first phone call through possibly signing for our services.  Being client-focused means the following for her, "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking." - Henry Ford  

As Service Manager, Tammie oversees the labyrinth of scheduling, intricate billing & payroll cycles, and our on-call team.  Her favorite quote from Mark Twain is "If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything!" 

As HR, Michelle oversees all aspects of Caregiver onboarding, accountability, and compliance.  Her personal life phrase is 'In and with kindness, always be truthful'.  

As Engagement Coordinator, Rachel serves as our Caregiver advocate.  She agrees with John Maxwell when he says, "Teamwork makes the dreamwork." and desires that each Caregiver we hire finds their home with us.  

As Client Care Coordinator, Cynthia assists in all areas of Client Care.  Helping clients and their families fully engage "aging in place."

Jessica assist clients and their families by working to fill shifts with Care Pros based on skill sets and personalities.

Ashley assists clients and their families by working to fill shifts with Care Pros based on skill sets and personalities.

Heather assists both locations by screening potential Care Pros and setting up their interview times.
