August 2023 Rookie of the Month - Ana R.
My name is Ana Rocha Alvarez I am a mom of 3 and my family is my life point blank period everything I do is for them!!! In June I got hired on the spot by Melissa H. (Thank you) and even though I was so happy for this new beginning in my life I really didn’t know how much I was going to love and enjoy my career as a care pro. For me there is no greater reward than coming through my clients door and seeing their face lit up happy to see me, it lets me know I’m doing my job and I’m doing it well. I love what I do. Sometimes you don’t know but you just might be the only person who your client has to talk to or even the only person they get to see, to me that’s something I think about and I try my best to do the best I can and make a difference, leave my print within their lives. I have experienced a lot in these few months, some experiences have been on the sad side and some been joyful. But because I have been one of the last faces someone got to see, that alone is the very reason I always put my best foot forward. I’m proud to be a care pro and I love everyone I have met at the office. Thank you so much for recognizing my work and for being so kind!!!
