December 2021 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Sarah T.

Congratulations, Sarah T., for being our CAREGiver of the Month for December! Her heart and love of people is as big and beautiful as her smile! Read on to learn a little more about her.

Where were you born? I was born in Connecticut and moved around a little bit due to my father being in the navy.

Where did you grow up? Mostly, I spent my first 17 years in Virginia Beach, Virginia and the last 20 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It’s been a year since I moved to Arkansas, and I will hit my one year at Home Instead shortly after that.

How long have you worked at HISC?  I started with Home Instead on February 22, 2021.

What’s your favorite part of caregiving? I really enjoy helping people and know that this is my calling.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

My children are my reason for everything and couldn't be happier to bring them back to the country life. Oldest son 10, daughter 7 and baby boy 18 months. Blessed every day. Thank you Home Instead!

Sarah has four sisters and her family is really close. They love doing things together. She likes animals, being outdoors hiking and enjoys water activities. She likes any sport that her kids enjoy doing. Before she moved to Arkansas, she worked for many years in the service industry.

Sarah is one of those people who will be perpetually young because of her positive, uplifting, beautiful look on life and love for others, especially her kids. That doesn’t mean her life has been without challenges, it just means she chooses not to let those challenges keep her from living a happier, content life.

Thank you, Sarah, for being a bright spot to all of us at Home Instead; especially, the client you care for. Your consistent, excellent care is priceless. Congratulations again on receiving this recognition and God Bless!
