Where were you born?
I was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Lavaca, Arkansas.
How long have you worked at Home Instead?
I have been with this amazing company for 2 years.
What’s your favorite part of caregiving?
My favorite part of being a caregiver is putting a smile on my client’s faces.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Between me and my husband we have ten children. I enjoy traveling and spending time with family. I owe all my accomplishments to God, my husband, and my momma. God, because everything with Him is possible. My husband, because he is truly my best friend; and my momma, because she has taught me what it means to be a great caregiver. Some of my hobbies include cooking, baking, exercising with my daughter and doing arts and crafts with my 8-year-old.
Michelle is very dedicated to the clients she cares for. She will do everything in her power to be there for them regardless of weather, distance she must travel or even juggling family situations. Thank you, Michelle, for being the girl who gets the job done, without feeling like it’s a job. You live out, “to us, it’s personal,” because each client is a very personal commitment to you.
