Personal Caregiver

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of Caregivers whom we call Care Pros to assist senior adults. This role welcomes all experience levels and offers a variety of shifts for daytime, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend hours. This is a part-time role with the ability to work up to full-time hours.

We take quality care seriously. Not only do we help care for senior adults one-on-one in the comfort of their homes, but we also support family and friends by ensuring clear communication and collaboration to ensure the highest level of care is being provided to their loved ones. Our clients require different levels of care, so responsibilities for this role may include companionship and conversation, household chores and light housekeeping, assisting with personal care (toileting, showering, hygiene care, etc.), running errands, and simply being someone who makes the day a little BRIGHTER for people!

What do we require…

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MRV check, and pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous hands-on caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred.
