Happi has expanded her role to operations Manager and helps provide daily support to our CAREgivers as well as exceptional customer service to all clients. Happi is a very passionate and dedicated team member making it easy for her customers, both internal and external, to rely on her to help them with whatever they may need.

Susan has spent many years helping our community by serving on several boards and committees to make our area better through growth and development. She currently works with our clients and their families to assist them through the transition into home care and continues to walk with them through the aging journey.

Sherry came to Home Instead with many years of experience as an RN in various acute settings as well as a case manager in a skilled nursing home health setting. She ensures the highest quality care through her frequent interaction with clients and their families. Sherry also provides exceptional personal care and other specialized training to our CAREGivers.

Prior to joining the Home Instead team, Michelle spent many years equipping caregivers to provide exceptional care to seniors. She currently works with our clients and their families to assess their needs, and she oversees the work of our caregivers to ensure we are providing the best care possible.
