She is gentle, calm, hardworking, and does all she can to ensure her Client’s needs are met. Christine takes on new Client’s with an open heart and unflappable confidence. He is compassionate, hardworking, and advocates actively to ensure his Clients' needs are met. Richard takes on new Clients with a calm and well-organized approach. Michelle has been nominated as our 2nd Quarter Exceptional CARE PROFESSIONAL, for her extraordinary efforts made on behalf of her Clients. She is compassionate, hardworking and always focused on her Client’s needs. Michelle has a sense of calm confidence that those she works with recognize and respond to right away. Clients feel safe and well cared for when Michelle is with them. She is so adaptable. Michelle can walk into any situation and make it work. She has filled in with Clients who were reluctant to have someone new, and by the end of the shift they are always full of praise. We are grateful every day for her contributions to our crew!

Thao has been nominated as our 1ST Quarter Exceptional CARE PROFESSIONAL, for her efforts made daily on behalf of her Clients. She is sweet-tempered, hardworking and always focused on her Client’s needs. Several of her Clients have talked about her cooking skills and they love having Thao prepare more exotic dishes for them! 

Thao is always willing to go anywhere she is needed and just jump right in.

Ruth was chosen as our 4th quarter exceptional CAREGiver for her efforts made daily on behalf of her clients.  She is kind, creative and always focused on her client's needs.  She reaches out to the Admin Team regularly to keep us apprised of any changes or upcoming events with her clients.  Ruth's sense of adventure comes in handy as one of her clients loves to be on the go!  We are grateful every day for her contributions to our team and blessed that Ruth chose Home Instead as her post "retirement" career!

Olga makes exceptional efforts daily on behalf of her Clients. Aside from our lead CAREGiver, she may have the record for the least number of missed days.  She is smart, reliable is a great cook and has a real no-nonsense style while providing excelled care for her Clients. The Clients appreciate that she anticipates their needs and always comes in with a smile and a can-do attitude. They know without any doubt she has their best interests at heart. A common declaration that we hear from her Clients is that they “only want Olga.” We are grateful every day for her contribution to our team!

Susan makes efforts daily on behalf of her Clients and is almost unequaled in her willingness to jump in wherever needed. Aside from our lead Caregiver, she may have the record for taking emergent shifts outside her regular availability. The Clients appreciate that she always considers their needs and helps them feel in charge. The feelings of trust and safety that Susan has achieved with Clients is another part of what make her exceptional. We are grateful every day for her contribution to our team!

Rachel's efforts made daily on behalf of her Client and her unequaled attention to detail make her an exceptional CAREGiver.  She shares her heart every day and Rachel’s dedication to health and well-being is remarkable. She observes and recognizes her Client’s needs even before they do. She has come in on time off to help orient new Caregivers, and always makes time to take her Client to medical appointments outside of her regular availability. The feelings of trust and confidence that Rachel has achieved with her Client and their family are another part of what make her exceptional. We are grateful every day for her contribution to our team!

​Virginia is a hard worker!  She also has a way of making her clients work hard!  Somehow she finds ways to convince them to work on the exercises their therapists or doctors receommend doing to recover their strength or whatever it is that they need to work on.  She makes it fun and they don't even realize they are doing what they are supposed to be doing! She always finds ways to enhance her clients' lives and brighten their day!

Julie has grown into a remarkable CAREGiver. She is warm, approachable and has an innate sense about people. She observes and recognizes Client's needs even before they do. She does the same for us when in the office.  We could all learn from Julie's example as a CAREGiver. She is proof that you don't have to have years of experience to be extraordinary. We are grateful every day for her contribution to our team!

Marie is a quiet, steady presence in the lives of her clients.  She works independently getting done for our clients what they are hoping for and in the way they would like it done.  She finds out what they need in a caring, understanding way and then will get it taken care of in her calm, organized way.  Her clients love her...and so do we!!

Patty loves to get to know her clients and find what is special about them!  She treats them with love and respect and makes them feel important.  Patty's clients develop a trust in her knowing she will work hard for them and care for them as a person.  We are so thankful for Patty!

Trina wants the best for every client she works with.  She gives her whole heart and figures out ways to bring out the best in each of her clients in individual ways.  Trina is also our Olympia Home Instead office's Lead CAREGiver.  She checks in on clients and CAREGivers, introduces them to each other, checks to see if there are any needed updates to a client's Plan of Care and also trains our CAREGivers in essential caregiving skills.  We are so lucky to have her as part of our team!

Cierra loves to make people feel loved and cared for.  She always checks in to see how you are doing and how you are feeling.  Baking yummy treats is her way of putting a smile on others' faces and letting them know they are thought about and cared for.  She takes a personal interest in her clients and what they enjoy doing and aims to do those things during her time with them.  We are thankful to have her on our team!

Kathy loves to laugh and make people laugh!  She loves what she does and loves to find activities that she and her clients can do together...something engaging and fun.  She has recently found that knitting scarves on an easy-to-use loom is something ANYONE can do...even if you're not crafty!  She takes a special interest in making people feel like they matter.  ​So glad Kathy is part of our team!

Vicki always has her client's best interest in mind.  She wants to make sure she is helping and caring in ways that are important to the specific client she is caring for at the time.  Do they want it done this way or that way? How can I help this client remember and connect with interests they used to have and what is important to them? Those types of thoughts are constantly running through Vicki's mind and that is why we are so glad Vicki is part of our caring team of CAREGivers.
