Home Instead helped care for my dad when he was living out the last months of his life with us with Glioblastoma. The caregivers were kind, professional, and extremely empathetic and caring. They allowed my mom to have a few hours “off-duty” which was extremely important for her mental health.

I know the owners, Jack and Jacqueline. These two have an amazing heart for the mission and purposes behind their business model. Their efforts to serve those in need and the hard work it took to offer that care is inspiring. Their staff is amazing, and everyone I've gotten to know personally has an earnest heart and compassion for elderly in need of that personal touch.
We have had friends use the team in Manassas and have had nothing but positive feedback. We know the owners and their constant care and support they give their staff. Creating this supportive work space makes each team member committed to excellence as well. Their services are genuinely full of heart.

When I was first seeking a caregiver for my father I was driven by price. In the beginning, I rejected Home Instead. I thought I would find reliable help at a lower rate using a well known app. Through this experience,I found that paying a little more through Home Instead saves me time, money, with no guilt and manipulation. The staff at Home Instead has incredible empathy and they vet and train their staff. We currently have Dominique D. who assists me with my father's care and she is wonderful. She makes sure he is kept fed, clean and safe.
My father has Parkinson's and needs extra help. He has two awesome caregiver's. Candance and Sherry are two amazing ladies that show such caring and concern for my father. Couldn't ask for two better caregivers. Very good company. They listen to the families concern's and address them immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

Home Instead takes care of my WWII Veteran father. The aides ensure his personal needs are safely met which allows him to comfortably remain in my home surrounded by family.
When my grandfather's health declined and he required round-the-clock care that my grandmother needed assistance to provide, Home Instead was there in a flash to set up a plan that worked for everyone. The CAREgivers were quick to make changes in schedules when necessary, and made sure that my grandparents were always taken care of. When they became particularly fond of one special CAREgiver, Home Instead made sure to schedule Courtney as the main aide to assist in their home as much as possible. Now that my grandfather has passed on to his final destination, Courtney still comes to help my grandmother with household tasks, but also, just to be a companion to someone who hasn't been alone in 70 years. Home Instead is second to none, and I'd recommend their services to anyone who needs home-based senior care for their loved ones.
Home Instead is our primary caregiver company. They arrive on time and are knowledgeable, personable and pleasant. The scheduling staff is responsive and attentive, flexible and communication is timely.
The people at Home Instead are just the best! They were able to jump right in with all the care we needed to find at a moment's notice when my dad unexpectedly needed surgery and came home from the hospital needing more help than my mom could handle. He did not want to go into some facility and bringing him home with the great help from Home Instead made it possible to do what my dad wanted. We started with daily care, then 24-hour care and sadly eventually hospice care. We are now continuing with some daily care for my mom. Home Instead really helped - and is still helping - the entire family during this very stressful time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people and the company. Many thanks to everyone!!

Part and full time care is available with assistance to doctor appointments, shopping, other events, and sincere encouragement by caregivers. The owner's hope to serve the Manassas community is certainly exceptional.
I can't imagine a better caregiver. She attends to my husband with kindness and warmth, helping and succeeding in getting him to do things he won't do for me, e.g., take a walk, go to a store. The contribution she makes by doing small (but helpful) things having to do with my laundry, fixing dishes that both Hal and I eat are so welcome at the end of my work day. Ms. Mirxa cares for my husband.

Our caregiver, Jean, has been caring for my mother for over 3 years now. Jean is exceptional. We have had many caregivers for my mom and none compare to Jean. The primary reason we remain with Home Instead is because we love Jean. She is just perfect for my mom.

Home Instead Senior Care has been excellent. They’re really familiar with the patients and figure out what that person’s likes and dislikes are and how they interact with people. They provide assistance with meals, personal hygiene, exercising, and more. Cost and the fact that their schedules were flexible around ours are the two main reasons why we chose them.

From the top down the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. If my loved ones ever need this type of care again I will be using Home Instead.
We used Home Instead when my father was sick with Alzheimers and the service was excellent. Now that my mother is sick and needs care we chose to again use Home Instead and the service is still excellent. All the care givers are very fixated on her and her every need, they cook meals for her and clean the house when they aren't taking immediate care of her. I couldn't be happier with the service we have received and continue to receive with Home Instead, I highly recommend them.
