Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Home Instead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding caregivers who share our commitment to providing compassionate care. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team to implement strategic initiatives aimed at attracting top tier talent to join our caregiving family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract caregivers with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to build relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other relevant networks to source potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities, and proactively address any recruitment challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or caregiving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build rapport.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Stack (applicant tracking system), PreIntent and other recruitment tools is a plus.
