Meet Our Team

Bob Maguire is the Franchise Owner of Home Instead Senior Care of Wyoming. The business opened its doors in Cheyenne in March of 2006. Since that time the company has expanded operations to meet the needs of seniors living in Casper, Douglas, Laramie, and Pine Bluffs.

Bob grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended undergrad at University of Nebraska and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prior to becoming a Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner, Bob spent 10 years working at the corporate headquarters of Home Instead Senior Care in Omaha, last serving as the Vice-President of Global Development.

Bob and his wife Sherry have two young daughters, Maggie and Claire.

Mandy is our General Manager. In her role, she oversees all operations with specific emphasis on overseeing client care. Mandy meets regularly with clients and their families to discuss our services and develops a personalized plan of care. She also conducts frequent care assessments on our current clients to update their personalized plan of care and to ensure that we are fully meeting our clients needs.

Mandy came to Cheyenne over 11 years ago after her husband, who served in the United States Air Force, received orders for duty at F.E. Warren AFB.  Since that time, they have made Cheyenne their permanent home.

Mandy has held an affinity for seniors her entire life and enjoys spending time with the local folks we serve. As a mother of two, she also enjoys the comfort and safety our community has to offer.

As Office Coordinator, Susan is the quarterback of the team.  She is responsible for coordinating a full range of office activities, specialized clerical support, and administrative projects.  She takes the lead in assisting the Home Instead staff in planning, organizing, implementing, and accomplishing company day-to-day functions and goals.

Susan was born and raised in New York, before moving to Cheyenne, where she met her husband.  They traveled to Okinawa, Arizona, and Maryland as part of his military career, before settling back in Cheyenne.  Susan has 5 children, and 3 grandchildren.  Prior to joining the Home Instead team, she worked for several years assisting people in advancing their lifestyles, including troubled youth, developmentally disabled adults, and those requiring in-home care. 

Jamie is our Scheduling Manager.  In her role she ensures that all clients schedules are as consistent as possible and she works with the Care Management team to make certain that our caregivers are matched well with those we serve.

Jamie was born and raised in the Greater New Orleans area.  She is our in-house Ragin' Cajun!  Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care of Wyoming, she owned and operated a daycare.  She uses many of the skills that she acquired in that industry to help manage the daily challenges that present themselves in scheduling. 

Jamie is the mother of 5 girls and she has one grandson.  She holds an Associates Degree in growth and development and a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies.  

Andi worked for Home Instead® as a Caregiver for four years and, after a brief break from caregiving, she returned and was hired as our HR and Training Manager. In this role, Andi teaches our initial professional caregiver training program, manages our online learning platform, and conducts all ongoing professional development of our caregiving staff.  In addition, she provides hands on training in the field when necessary.  Finally, Andi ensures policies are met and recognizes our Caregivers for their outstanding accomplishments.

While a Caregiver, she was able to obtain a lot of direct experience, which carries over while training our caregiving team. She loves taking care of our those we serve on both the caregiver and client side of things.  It's a challenging role that she happily accepts as the positive impact her work makes on people’s lives makes it all worth it. 

The Air Force brought Andi from her hometown in Massachusetts to Wyoming. She joined the Air Force in Security Forces, where she met her husband of 22 years. They have two boys, Cody, who is 20 years old and just joined the Navy, and Ryan who is 18 years old and going to school for IT.
