About Us

Jason Sager, Franchise Owner
Originally from Midland, Michigan, Jason has an MBA from Louisiana State University and received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University. Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Jason was a financial analyst with ExxonMobil and a sales manager with the Kellogg Company. In 2006, he was selected as a member of the Annandale Chamber of Commerce. Jason is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. In July 2008, Jason was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Capitol Area Alzheimer's Association.

Laura McKay, RN, BSN, Vice President of Nursing Services
Responsible for the training of CAREGivers and meeting with clients that need personal care, Laura plays a vital role in direct care for our clients. Since we do not charge for assessments, families feel comfortable asking Laura about services, medication or medical related issues. Laura has a wealth of experience that she brings to Home Instead Senior Care. As a member of the Leadership Team, all of the CAREGivers performing personal care report to her.

Amy Podboy Reynolds, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
"I begin my career with Home Instead Senior Care in 2010 and worked with them for five years before leaving to pursue an opportunity in Sales. Every day I have the opportunity to work with CareGivers in helping them through the hiring process and live their dream of making a difference in the life of a Senior. I am an enthusiastic, caring, and resourceful advocate for older adults and their caregivers. I have been in the senior industry for over 10 years and today I am back in my original role at Home Instead Senior Care in Annandale as their Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. I could not be happier to be back "home."

Layne Couser, Staffing Manager
At Home Instead Senior Care, Layne has the daunting task of ensuring that all client schedules are optimally staffed. Layne has extensive knowledge of all CAREGivers and Clients and wants to make sure clients are happy with their CAREGiver. If you have a question about your schedule, Layne is the person to ask!

Erin Coelho, Client Care Coordinator
The first person Clients speak with is Erin. Erin's role is to make sure that every Home Instead client has an exceptional experience. She does this by conducting monthly quality assurance visits at our client's homes. She is responsible for building relationship between the CAREGivers and Clients. Our clients love their monthly visit with Erin. These visits present a great opportunity to let her know how things are going.

Shelbee Williams, On Call Manager
We answer our phones 24 hours a day 7 days a week (even on holidays)! To accomplish this daunting task we knew we needed someone special. That is why we have Shelbee. It is her duty to support our clients and CAREGiver's in the event of an after-hours emergency. Shelbee is also here to help if you have a question regarding our services.

Trupti Patel, Director of Finance
Starting as a CAREGiver, Trupti knows what it takes to provide excellent care. Trupti fills many office functions, including monitoring CAREGiver clock in and outs (so we are always on-time) and client billing. Accurate billing and CAREGivers on time are two fundamentals that help us have a successful client relationship.

Deena Imbriglia, Community Liaison
Deena has been a Community Liaison with our Home Instead team for more than four years. Much of her hands-on healthcare training has come from years of providing care in her home to her own mother, as the primary caregiver, giving her an innate blend of knowledge, experience and empathy in the industry. Previously, she has been in marketing for other types of services, as well as having been a teacher for several years.

Earline Harris, Staffing Coordinator
Joining the Home Instead family in August of 2018, Earline bridged the calling from childhood to meet her desire to serve the elderly. Hearing her father's wisdom, she lives out his advice to "never look down upon a man except to give him a hand to lift them up", a statement she believes Home Instead applies making this job satisfying and rewarding. Originally from South Carolina, Earline moved to the D.C. Metro area 38 years ago to work with the Social Security Administration from which she recently retired. Away from the office she enjoys spending her time with her 7 grandchildren, creating memories for a lifetime.

Tiffany Richards, Community Liaison
Born and raised in the DMV Tiffany’s native understanding help orient people to the options to solve healthcare issues. Having been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years and having served in several roles on the continuum of care Tiffany’s knowledge helps our Home Instead team solve issues for families in need of healthcare support. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling learning more and more about different cultures across the globe.
