Meet Our Home Care Team

Jason Sager, Franchise Owner
Originally from Midland, Michigan, Jason has an MBA from Louisiana State University and received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University. Before purchasing the Home Instead franchise, Jason was a financial analyst with ExxonMobil and a sales manager with the Kellogg Company. In 2006, he was selected as a member of the Annandale Chamber of Commerce. Jason is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. In July 2008, Jason was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Capitol Area Alzheimer's Association.

Laura McKay, RN, BSN, Vice President of Nursing Services

Amy Podboy Reynolds, VP of Operations/ Recruitment
Amy began her career with Home Instead in 2010 working with us for five years before leaving to pursue an opportunity in Sales. Every day she has the opportunity to work with CAREGivers helping them through the hiring process and fulfill their dream of making a difference in the life of a senior. Amy is an enthusiastic, caring, and resourceful advocate for older adults and their caregivers. Amy has been in the senior industry for over 10 years and today is back in her original role at Home Instead in Annandale as our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Amy states "I could not be happier to be back home."

Erin Coelho, Client Care Coordinator
The first person clients speak with is Erin. Erin's role is to make sure every Home Instead client has an exceptional experience. Erin does this by conducting monthly quality assurance visits at our client's homes. She is responsible for building relationships between the CAREGivers and clients. Our clients love their monthly visit with Erin. These visits present a great opportunity to let her know how things are going.

Pam Phillips, CDP, Client Development Manager
Pam is a Midwesterner, born in Sioux Falls, SD. She was the business owner of Kindermusiik of Fairfax for 17 years. Pam made a career change to give back for care which had been given to her mother who passed from Alzheimer’s in 2011. Since then she has been serving in Marketing and Executive Director positions in the assisted living industry for almost 10 years.
Pam is currently our Client Development Manager and handles all new inquiries for care, retention of current clients, and new growth in our client base. She is also responsible for managing the Marketing, Advertising and Social Media of Annandale’s Home Instead.
Pam has four children and 2 grandsons ages 2 ½ and 5 months. They are the joy of her life. Her favorite pastimes include hiking, family BBQ gatherings in her backyard and music.

Layne Couser, Staffing Manager
Layne is a fixture of Home Instead and has been with us since we opened in 2006! Layne has the daunting task of ensuring all clients schedules are optimally staffed. Layne has extensive knowledge of all CAREGivers and clients and always wants to make sure clients are happy with their CAREGiver. If you have a question about your schedule, Layne is the person to ask!

Earline Harris, Staffing Coordinator
Joining the Home Instead family in August of 2018, Earline bridged the calling from childhood to meet her desire to serve the elderly. Hearing her father's wisdom, she lives out his advice to "never look down upon a man except to give him a hand to lift them up", a statement she believes Home Instead applies making this job satisfying and rewarding. Originally from South Carolina, Earline moved to the D.C. Metro area 38 years ago to work with the Social Security Administration from which she recently retired. Away from the office she enjoys spending her time with her 7 grandchildren, creating memories for a lifetime.

Trupti Patel, Director of Finance
Starting as a CAREGiver, Trupti knows what it takes to provide excellent care. As our Director of Finance, Trupti fills many office functions, including monitoring CAREGiver's clock ins and outs (so we are always on-time!) and client billing. Accurate billing and CAREGivers being on time are two fundamentals which allow us have a successful client relationship.

Shelbee Williams, On Call Manager
We answer our phones 24 hours a day 7 days a week (even on holidays!). To accomplish this daunting task we knew we needed someone special, and that is why we have Shelbee. It is her honor and duty to support our clients and CAREGiver's in the event of an after-hours emergency or question. Shelbee is also extremely knowledgeable and informed as to all of the services we offer.

Deena Imbriglia, Community Liaison
Deena has been a Community Liaison with our Home Instead team for seven years. Much of her hands-on healthcare training came from years of providing care in her home to her own mother. As the primary caregiver, this gave Deena an innate blend of knowledge, experience and empathy in the industry. With great pride, she feels gratified to be able to inform and connect many in the healthcare industry to Home Instead as a solution to the needs of community senior members. Previously, she has been in the marketing field for other types of services, as well as having been a school teacher for several years, an entertainer, and a ski instructor in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
