Home Instead was an excellent resource for us. They were punctual, helpful and caring. Even with my constantly changing hours at work. Home Instead was still able to provide caregivers for us for the times and days we needed. We have a unique situation where great grandma lives with our young family. The Home Instead caregivers were wonderful with Grandma and also with interacting with our two kids and day to day changing schedules. I felt comfortable leaving for work knowing an adult was in the house to care for grandma. They had great communication and I felt she had consistent care regardless of which person we had.
