With enough staff to cover my goofy schedule, and some unreasonably last minute changes from me that I didn't presume anyone could be expected to handle. Staff have all been bright & thoughtful, anticipating my needs before I even think to ask. (showed me a new wheelchair to car transfer that no one had tried before -- and it worked great!)
An impressively well managed operation that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a little, or a lot of assistance to remain in their own home.

- By William G.Home Instead has provided us with the care of my bed-bound spouse for the last 2 years. We have retained the same care giver, Dana, over that span of time. Dana is so caring and careful with my wife during baths, cleaning, turning, feeding, etc.
She always arrives on time and greets us both with a happy welcoming. I don't think I can recall a day when she was in anything but a happy mood, and that lasts all day every day. She sure makes our situation so much easier to deal with because she "cares" about the quality of care she provides as well as caring for the patient herself.

- By A ProI called Home Instead to help when my 82 year old father fell and was hospitalized. The care my father received was the best without a doubt. Because of his fall we started with 24 hour for a few weeks until he regained his strength. A wonder caregiver named Nige came right in and helped get things in place for my dad. Safety is a top priority, so measures were taken to be make sure his surrounding were safe. Once my dad was stable and able to move about with a walker the we were able to decrease his hours of care to daily for several hours (mainly the time I couldn’t be there). If you have a loved one who needs assistance please do not hesitate to call Home Instead. Each provider, Nige, Terri, Jaliene and Frank gave my father amazing, personalized care he needed on a daily basis. They were compassionate, patient, understanding and respectful . Communication was also very good. Home Instead will always be number one on my list for in home care. Home Instead is also a faith based company, which was very important to us.

In general all arrive on time. Must of the women love spending time with my mom. Mom most of the time is up beat and happy. She now need 24 hour assistance to stay in her home. She has a dog and all must like the dog are they could not stay with mom.

Conroe Home Instead is just another great example of this Nationally recognized company. The Conroe team are highly training and costumer oriented. They even have satellite offices in local senior communities. If you are looking for quality in home care, don't look any further!!!!

I did however, ask for someone special to be company to mom and someone who could keep up with her intellect and whit! Home Instead sent the most fun, caring, interesting, respectful people to peak mom's interest and pal around with. Mom looks forward to the days her "helper" comes. They enjoy each other so much!
