Theresa Gramkow, Owner
I'm the franchise Owner. I have an education in Human Resources with experience in both client care and activity director settings. I completed the vetting process and has owned the Spencer, Iowa Home Instead since 2020. I'm originally from Wisconsin but moved to Avoca, Iowa 12 years ago where I have always helped people in their journey of life. I'm married, a mom of 2 beautiful girls and raise my grandson who is 2. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family/friends, and making people laugh/smile!
