The future of home care is looking bright! Last Wednesday, two of our Home Instead team members set up a booth at Gaston College for its 2023 Career Fair in hopes of finding passionate and caring people interested in a home care career. Lisa, Care Pro Recruitment and Training Coordinator, and Melissa, Care Pro Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, met with several students and other community members to discuss the job openings available and the many exciting home care services Home Instead provides to seniors in Gastonia, NC.
Gaston College has been committed to its students' success for over 50 years. As one of North Carolina's largest community colleges, Gaston College promotes lifelong learning by providing opportunities to obtain a diploma in over 100 programs of study. Most importantly, they are dedicated to assisting their students in finding employment after graduation by hosting events like the career fair.
