As we head into May, we want to recognize Care Pros who are Collaboration Champions. These Care Pros strive to communicate clearly with clients, families, key players and the client care team. They are outstanding listeners, alert the appropriate people when changes occur with their client and reach out for help when needed so that their client receives the highest level of care. Stephanie Moran does all this and more to perfection! Whether it's for care updates or schedule changes she gets it done.
