Position: ClientEngagement Coordinator
Job Status: Full-time
Location: Williamsville, NY
Setting: In-person/in-office [this is not remote work]

HJBW Enterprises, LLC doing business as Home Instead® is looking for a steady, multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our clients. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire our team of CAREGiversSM and effectively respond to the changing needs of the community we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Reflect the core values of HJBW Enterprises, LLC, (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Contact prospective client inquiries through placing cold calls.
  • Complete in person and virtual care consultations (meeting with potential clients and their families).
  • Facilitate Care Pro/client introductions.
  • Travel locally to complete role related tasks
  • Perform duties that relate to client care in collaboration with the team.
  • Resolve problems that arise with clients and families.
  • Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients, and family members.
  • Assist with monitoring, mediating, and logging all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment for staff, clients, and visitors
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Be willing to assist in HR processes, i.e. interviewing or training
  • Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to have direct conversations across the board
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, knowledge of Sales Force a plus, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous office experience preferred, but not required

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; Will consider Associates degree
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be compliant with New York State Motor Vehicle laws and must follow the Policy that pertains to Driver’s License requirements as a condition of employment.
  • Home care experience preferred
