We are passionate about exceeding the needs of our elderly community and are consistently graded highly by our clients and their families for excellent quality care.

No matter where seniors live, in their home, in assisted living facilities or even nursing homes, Home Instead provides essential home care support services to seniors in the Burlington, Graham, Mebane, Gibsonville, Whitsett and Elon communities. In fact, we are regularly referred to by numerous retirement, Long-Term care facilities, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities in throughou the Piedmont area. Additionally, in those situations when a client has aging-related medical needs beyond our home care capabilities, we can refer them to our close partners in the health care industry.

We are actively involved with non-profit organizations within our community, like the Alzheimer's Association and the Parkinson's Foundation, as well as others. We're not a giant corporation run from the top down; we're a community-based, friendly, and responsive company right here in Burlington.

We're here to help regardless of whether you need a few hours a day or 24-hour continual care. Our services include companionship, meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, doctor appointments, medication reminders, and other daily living activities.

We believe that personally getting to know an elderly person's needs and desires is crucial in developing a successful caregiving experience. Therefore, we offer a free initial care assessment of a senior's care needs. What's most important to us is developing a lasting partnership and caring relationship between a senior and their Care Professional.

To Us, It’s Personal®

Our founders, Paul and Lori Hogan, launched Home Instead in 1994 to provide care to Paul’s 90-year-old grandmother. Remarkably, after she began receiving personalized, in-home care that allowed her to age safely in the place she loved most – the family home – Grandma Manhart thrived for an additional decade!

That’s why, to us, senior care is personal. We’re passionate about expanding the world’s capacity to care.
