Brian Trainor,  Owner

Brian Trainor, Owner

Brian Trainor is a lifelong resident of Westchester County. He founded the Home Instead Senior Care office in White Plains, NY in June of 2004 to meet the growing need for eldercare services in the Westchester County area. Brian understood that the proven Home Instead Senior Care model was the best way to provide dependable, trusted senior home care. He believes in customizing senior home care that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each and every client, and remains dedicated to building strong and trusting relationships.

Home Instead's success enabled him to expand his service area to include all of Putnam County and lower Dutchess County. Brian and his caring team understand the foundation of their success is the strong, personal relationships they build with each care receiver and their families and friends. Together, the team possess a heartfelt desire to work with families in our communities to help seniors lead safe and fulfilling lives in their homes.

Brenda Felletter, RN, BSN, MPH, Director of Patient Services

Brenda joined Home Instead in April of 2021 as our Director of Patient Services. Brenda is dually licensed in Connecticut and New York State as a Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Public Health. Brenda brings over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse and has worked as a case manager and supervisor in home care for over 10 years. She is responsible for managing all clients who require hands-on personal care. This is inclusive of initial and ongoing nurse assessments for each client; developing and revising individualized care plans to incorporate the clients health care professionals, families, and clients needs to determine the best plan of care. In addition, Brenda oversees all CAREGiver new hires and ongoing training and supervises our home health aides and personal care aides on all personal care cases.

Maritza Cordero, Quality Assurance Coordinator

Maritza joined Home Instead in the summer of 2021 as our Quality Assurance Coordinator. She brings 18 years of Human Resources experience as an Administration Manager for Restaurant Associates/Partina Group. This company provided services to NYC's finest management and high-end restaurants. Maritza is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring that our CAREGivers provide high quality of care to our clients. Maritza provides monthly touch points either in person or via phone to clients, family, and/or CAREGivers. Maritza is highly organized and friendly which helps her to establish positive relationships with our clients and CAREGivers. As a result, she is enhancing the lives of our clients by providing a human touch and allowing them to feel that she is there for them.

Linda Love, Office Assistant

Linda joined Home Instead in March of 2021. Linda brings over 30 years of service working in the banking industry. She is here at Home Instead to assist in scheduling the CAREGivers and also help with the clients. She also does monthly reports and schedules the Alzheimer's classes. She also assists the QA Coordinator and the Recruiter. Linda is a very kind and patient person always willing to lend a hand.

Telda Davis, Service Coordinator

Telda has been a part of Home Instead since 2022. Her background experience in Customer Service and Service Coordination came from 13 years as Branch Operation Coordinator in the Banking Industry. Telda's patients and compassion for others makes placing Care Pros with families a comforting transition. In her free time, she enjoys painting and writing short stories. Telda also loves spending quality time with her family.

Letitia Armstrong, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Letitia has been in the Homecare industry for 10 years and has hands-on experience in CAREGiving and client care. As such, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges CAREPros encounter. She understands the importance of having a successful and supportive team. Which is essential in making a difference in the lives of CAREPros and Clients alike.

Letitia's primary responsibilities include screening, hiring and training CAREPros and ensuring that the CAREPros meet Home Instead’s high standards. She engages with our CAREPros with a goal of low CAREPro turnover.

In her personal life Letitia is the mother of a teenager, and that is her most important job. She finds joy in helping others achieve their professional goals, and believes in and has been making a difference in enhancing the lives of seniors.
