Jamie and Darcy were the absolute answer to my prayers on the morning my mother had taken a serious turn in her illness. I was very overwhelmed, but Jamie took control and help me to relax and get things under control. When she left, Darcy came and during the very hectic 4 hours of her shift, she offer herself to assist with any and all tasks that needed done. Responding to the situation with whatever and however her help was needed. While all the Care Pro's we had during the brief 3.5 weeks were helpful and compassionate, during this day, these two CARE PRO's stood tall. I will forever be grateful for how they assisted me and my family on that day. I highly recommend this organization to all my associates. God Bless you all for the work you do.

The Care Professionals at Home Instead are outstanding. Dee and Valerie have been taking care of my aunt for nine years and both have become family to us. Alzheimer's is a heart-breaking and challenging disease. Dee and Valerie are so kind and patient. We are also very fortunate to be able to add Sue and Kathleen to her care team. They quickly learned my aunt's quirks and routine and have been wonderful to her. Because of Home Instead my aunt is still in her own home at 92! I can't thank them enough!

Home Instead has been a consistently reliable company to help me care for my father. We have several caregivers from the company to meet our caregiving needs on a weekly basis. They are all great especially Amanda who goes the extra mile to be kind to my dad, spend time talking with him, and to keep everything tidy when I am away.

We are so thankful for Home Instead Granville Ohio. We live out of town and can’t be there daily to support our 86-year-old dad who has many medical issues. Home Instead supports our dad 9 hours every day with getting in and out of bed, getting dressed, showering, making meals, doing laundry, and so much more. The scheduling team manages our many shift requests and occasional schedule changes so effectively. We have many “care pros” that work different shifts throughout the week, and we are so thankful for all they do for Dad. We are especially grateful to Care Pro Lowell, who consistently works the morning shift 5 days a week. Lowell’s consistency, positive outlook, and fun sense of humor helped pull Dad back to reality as he recovered from hospital delirium. Lowell helped Dad come home from rehab and accompanied him to the doctor’s office, too. Lowell has a gift for caring deeply for people that has allowed him to develop a wonderful rapport with Dad. He knows just what to say to lift Dad’s spirits and get him out of the chair to walk and strengthen his legs. Lowell and all the Care Pros and support staff at Home Instead Granville OH have truly been the best medicine for Dad in keeping him cared for in his home. We highly recommend this professional organization to anyone who needs someone to help support a loved one at home.

Home Instead (Granville,Oh ) is by far The BEST Home Care I have ever received and I have used many others in the past. I am a retired Navy Vet and now let me explain in Navy jargon they are a Quinnessential Company in the highest Degree and they are Topshelf. Everyone from the owner to the staff and aides none more Professional and caring. Always ready to help. My Care giver Debbie ,my wife and myself love her. We have been using the services of Home Instead for many years. We are very satisfied with their staff and the home care providers. Our requests are always promptly and courteously resolved. We especially appreciate the help from caregiver Shari who has been with us from the start. We rely upon her for so many things, including intelligent conversation. More recently, caregiver Patti has proven to be very energetic and pleasant. We give 5 stars to Home Instead of Granville, Ohio.

Home Instead provided care for my mother for about 2 1/2 years. She was not always an easy person to care for due to progressing dementia; very unlike my Mom previously. I was very pleased with the services. If ever there was a caregiver that was not a good match Home Instead was understanding and quick to adjust. Staffing was consistent, with only an extremely rare shift that could not be staffed, and given that my mother was in an assisted living facility it was not critical. One thing that particularly impressed me was that my Mom's team was made up of just 3 individuals who were ongoing on her case. One caregiver was even with my Mom throughout the full 2 1/2 years. Each person had their own style, personality and strengths, but I was confident they all had my mother's best interest, health and safety as their goal. My Mom recently passed away and during the time I was managing her health care I will say Home Instead was the only health care entity for which I have only good things to say. There is a good culture within this agency. I feel comfortable recommending Home Instead Granville.

I used Home Instead - Granville, OH for three months. I liked the attitude of the employees and the individuals that came to my home and they were dependable. I used them five days a week from 8:00 to noon each day. They helped see that I could dress and that I could take a shower. They made sure that I wasn't susceptible to falling and they did odd tasks around the house. Scheduling was fine.

Home Instead is a wonderful organization! Caregivers to staff are all caring and nice people! Everyone was so wonderful to Dad. Thank you for being who you are and doing the extra mile.

The staff is wonderful. They are always cheerful and provide caregivers when needed. The caregivers are equally wonderful. They are patient, caring, and offer mom the care and companionship she needs.

I can't say enough great things about Home Instead of Granville! Home Instead has been providing life style and dignity preserving services for our parents for approximately 5 years. All 3 children live out of state. We began services when our mother literally had a GI bleed, followed by a nervous breakdown (Diagnosis: Depression with Psychosis), after taking care of our father for 9 months after his mild-moderate stroke. Mom required 2 months of inpatient hospitalization before coming home. We almost insisted they both go into Assisted Living, but decided to give staying at home a chance with Home Instead services for Dad. He qualified and their Long Term Care Insurance covered a shift a day. When Mom got home from the hospital, she loved having the help and companionship! When Dad worsened about a year+ later, and needed to move out, we kept Home Instead for Mom and she has been paying privately because she wanted nothing more than to remain in her home. Her main caregiver has become her best friend, and so special to the entire family. Her other staff have also been wonderful and all their different personalities bring stimulation and companionship to her life. We are now in the process of getting Mom's Long Term Care Insurance to cover expenses as we are looking to add coverage as her health continues to deteriorate. Two weeks ago, her morning shift Home Instead Health Pro staff found her in a stupor. Called 911 and took her to the local hospital. Thankfully she has help almost every day and was safely found. I can't imagine what would have happened, or how long it would have taken to know she was in grave danger. She has a life alert bracelet, but didn't even have the wherewithall to use it. Home Instead is easy to work with and easy to add, or skip service days. They are the only reason Mom has still at her home 5+ years longer than expected. They are wonderful!

Words can't express our gratitude for the wonderful care that was given to mom and dad. Everyone there has a heart full of love and compassion for people and for the job they do so excellently.

Bringing brownies, cookies, and food made or bought out of their pockets just to make someone feel special is just one example of the many kind acts. Everyone went above and beyond to care for our parents.

I've been using Home Instead - Granville for almost four years now. I like everything, convenience, arranging of time, transportation, home maintenance, and fellowship. Everything that I need, they provide. I use them five days a week. They give the choice of three time periods during the day and let me select which of those periods I want the service. It's at their convenience, but also mine.

I'm using Home Instead - Granville. They're awesome. I've had them now for two-and-a-half years. I like their ability to care. I've always had the same caregiver. I have them from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and they're always here. I use them every day, seven days a week. I have two dogs and I'm in a wheelchair, and they take them out. They help me with getting them fed and taking medications. I have a nurse that comes in once every two weeks and fills up my pills. They fix my meals for me and that's three meals a day and I fix whatever I want. If I need groceries, I just give cash to them with a list of the groceries, and they'll bring them back and put them away for me.

My husband and I are both clients of Home Instead - Granville. They're very prompt with getting back to you and getting you set up with a caregiver and checking with us to see how we're doing with the caregiver and how we enjoy having her. We've never had a problem with the caregivers we've got. We're hoping that as long as we have Home Instead, that we will continue to have the same caregivers. We use them four times a week for a total of 16 hours. They will make the beds, they will run the sweeper, help my husband with the shower, just the normal everyday household chores. We haven't had a problem with any of the scheduling and billing.

I hired Home Instead - Granville many months ago and they're still providing care and they're wonderful. They are amazing. They are the most attentive, kind, helpful, supportive, loving, and caring for my father. It's changed our lives because I could not provide the care anymore, and I have peace of mind. It's overwhelming. The people that they have on staff have all been so amazing, to the person who set it up to do the interview, all the way to the caregivers. They have been responsive. We've had two sort of emergency situations where we needed lots of extra care on a really very short notice, and they were able to pull strings every time and provide care. I'm just blown away at their training, their level of detail, and their punctuality. They are incredible. I'm kind of shocked at how amazing the services are. I knew it would be good, but I didn't know it'd be this spectacular. It's amazing and you can tell that the team has each other's back. They support each other. I like the level of detail of note taking. I can look at any given day and see exactly what happened that day, how much my father ate, if he had any issues with toileting, his needs, any problems. They were able to spot more things than the people in the facility where he is staying. I've been so grateful. They've been just a part of our family. I'm super happy with their service. We use them four hours a day, five days a week. It's constant from noon to 4:00, Monday through Friday. Billing is fantastic and it's every two weeks. It's an automatic withdrawal, and it makes it super easy to do that. There have been no issues. They provide invoices. It's been great.

I am very thankful for the services that my parents have been receiving as they are elderly and disabled and would be unable to stay in their home without the type of assistance provided by Home Instead. The Care pros are very reliable which has given me peace of mind. The agency is promptly responsive to all communications, and have been great at addressing emergency as they have come up. Their family portal is a nice feature. It provides on-demand access to care logs, allowing one to monitor the care that is being provided, and is an another avenue for discussing the care needs with the agency. The team members at Home Instead have gone above and beyond, which has caused us to feel as though they truly care, and we are not merely a source of revenue. I highly recommend Home Instead.

The very best way to have help with your needs at home. The people are excellent to work with. They help with chores and are very virtuous as well. I have had them for two months working with my wife and do just about everything you ask them to do. They go above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. Absolutely the best they can give

The caregivers go to my mom's assisted living facility and interact with her and give her much needed socialization. They are very caring and attentive to her. They always arrive on time and try to think of different activities and ways to take care of mom. They are very responsive to any changes I ask for or suggestions that I make. I generally talk with them 1-2 times per week, plus they write a summary of how the time was spent in a log, so I have a very good idea of what they did and how my mom is doing.
