Experienced Home Care Services in Licking & Muskingum Counties: A Partnership of Compassion and Trust

As dedicated franchise owners of Home Instead we bring our extensive experience and sincere desire to work with older adults in our community. For 20 years, we have chosen to serve seniors and their families right here in our hometown, driven by our passion for providing compassionate and reliable companionship and home care services.

1. Local Roots and Expertise:

Our personal connection to the community is at the heart of our service. After discovering Home Instead while living in Seattle, we made the decision to move back to Columbus and establish our Home Instead office in Granville. Since then, we have expanded to serve Licking, Muskingum, Franklin, and Delaware counties, opening two additional offices to cater to the needs of older adults in northern and central Franklin County and all of Delaware County.

2. A Partnership of Care and Love:

We understand that caring for an older adult loved one goes beyond mere assistance; it involves a special partnership where seniors feel not only cared for but also loved. This commitment to providing exceptional care has earned us consistently high grades from our clients and their families. They trust us as a reliable provider of compassionate and reliable companionship and home care services throughout the four counties we serve.

3. Perfect Match Care Professionals:

Our quality assurance department is dedicated to making the perfect match between our clients and their Care Professionals. Every Care Professional undergoes careful screening and is required to complete extensive new-hire training and ongoing professional development. Their outstanding service is continually recognized and ensures the highest level of care for your loved ones. Our clients say it best.

4. Comprehensive Care Services:

Our commitment to helping older adults in the community extends to various aspects of their lives. Whether it's companionship, meal preparation, personal care, or assistance with daily living skills, we strive to exceed the needs of our older adult community. Furthermore, we actively engage with senior organizations in the community, reinforcing our dedication to enhancing the well-being of seniors in our service areas.

5. Extensive Home Care Services:

Regardless of where seniors reside, be it in their own homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes, Home Instead provides comprehensive home care services. We go above and beyond to ensure that everything your loved one needs is taken care of, providing you with peace of mind, whether you live miles away or just down the road. Our flexible in-home care services can be arranged for as little as 4 hours or as many as 24 hours, up to 7 days per week, including holidays.

6. Accessible and Accredited:

We understand the importance of being readily available to address your concerns and emergencies. While our office operates from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, we can be reached by phone 24/7, ensuring that you have the support you need at any time.

At Home Instead, providing compassionate and individualized assistance to our clients and families is not just a business, but a mission in life. We live this mission by treating each other with dignity and respect, supporting growth, building value in our service to others, and honoring our commitment to excellence. When you choose Home Instead, you are partnering with us on our mission to improve the lives of seniors and their families everywhere.

With warm regards,
