From his humble beginnings on a farm in Fiji to his journey as a corporate leader in Orange County, California, Nick's unwavering commitment to family values has been the guiding force in his life. His decision to transition into entrepreneurship, marked by the acquisition of our Home Instead Franchise in Costa Mesa, California, is a testament to his deep-seated desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick finds joy in spending time with his family, often seen exploring the wonders of Disneyland or cheering on his beloved Las Vegas Raiders.

Sudheer's passion for caring for seniors stems from his extensive experience in healthcare. His mission-driven approach and dedication to community service make him an asset to our team. When he's not providing quality care to seniors, Sudheer can be found volunteering, giving back to the community, and cherishing moments with his loved ones.

Ben's journey from the entertainment industry to owning 6 Home Instead franchises speaks volumes about his commitment to helping others. His dedication to developing leaders within our team and creating a supportive work environment reflects his vision for excellence. Outside of work, Ben navigates the joys and challenges of parenthood alongside his wife, Treasa, and their twin 6-year-old daughters, Alexis and Francesca.

Training & Resource Center

Our Granville office houses our Resource & Training Center which is open to our Care Professionals and family members who are seeking additional information and resources. The Center includes video and printed resources as well as activities for the mind, body, and soul.

The Center also houses a "hands-on" training lab complete with a bed, shower, toilet, training mannequin, wheelchairs, walkers, gait belts, and other training devices utilized in our Care Profession Personal Care Training course. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing assistance to our clients and their families, we offer free training sessions on dementia care and mobility concerns.
