Home Instead is such a great place to work. I have un-retired myself so that I could have a little bit of outside activity away from home on a part-time basis and my hours are VERY flexible. Home Instead helps me to maintain my activity level as I age, and I love the social aspect. My clients are some of the greatest people and I have discovered that I help them just as much as they help me. Home Instead also makes me feel very valued and they go out of their way to work with the hours I need to continue to maintain my "retired" lifestyle.

You are a Care Professional
A: I make scheduled visits to seniors’ homes to provide companionship and help them with everyday tasks. Sometimes that means going to their family home, and other times it means serving them in a care facility.
A: Every day is different, and I love that variety! One day I might be cooking lunch and playing cards with a client, and the next day I may be helping a different client. No matter what tasks I’m performing, I leave each shift with a deep sense of accomplishment.
