Meet Our Home Care Team

Lisa Herlache, Ph.D., Franchise Owner
Lisa earned her Master's degree in Family Studies and her Ph.D. in psychology from Arizona State University. Her experience includes counseling and assessment. Lisa has family in Wisconsin and personally understands long-distance caregiving needs. She and Marshall have been married over 30 years and have an 19-year-old son, Alexander attending Emory University.

Dr. Marshall Webster, Franchise Owner
Marshall is a retired dentist, having practed in Casa Grande, Arizona for over 25 years. He became interested in Home Instead Senior Care after listening to an interview with the company's founder on NPR. Upon visiting the corporate office in Omaha he was impressed with the company's passion, integrity, and professionalism. His passions include book collecting, Husker football, and his family. Marshall relocated his family to Florida in order to be closer to his mother in Eustis.

Sherry Schiopucie, Lead Service Coordinator
Sherry has many years’ experience in the homecare scheduling arena. Sherry’s dedication, hard work, and customer service skills combine to create wonderful client and CAREGiver matches. Additionally, Sherry oversees our CAREGiver’s online training program. She loves to stay busy! Sherry is “mom” to Petey, our canine office mascot!
Lariann Austin, On Call Specialist
Lariann worked as our office’s lead service coordinator for multiple years. After the birth of her second child Lariann opted to continue working with Home Instead but in a remote capacity so she could spend more time with her children. Lariann understands well that homecare is a 24/7 business and adeptly handles all calls after regular business hours. It’s wonderful to know care is professionally handled at all hours!

Tuesday Bertalot, Recruitment Manager
Tuesday joined the Home Instead Care Professional team in 2014 as a Home Health Aide and in 2022 was promoted to Lead Recruiter. As a highly experienced direct service provider Tuesday is well suited to recruit and screen the next generation of care professionals. Tuesday holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and enjoys family time, especially Sundays with her grandson!
Marietta Rau, R.N.
Marietta brings a wealth of nursing experience in geriatrics, critical care, hospice, and case management. She utilizes her vast knowledge and experience in teaching and coaching our aides. Marieta also brings her bubbly personality as a community liaison, networking with other care providers and promoting our CAREGiver training as a key differentiator among local agencies!

Irene Griffith, R.N.
For Irene Griffith, service to others is more than a lifetime commitment, it is a calling. With a nursing career that has spanned over forty years, Irene has touched countless lives while building a strong history of ethical and professional healthcare service. Irene is our certified CPR instructor and a state approved Alzheimer’s instructor. Additionally, Irene performs skills assessments on every new hire, regardless of experience, before they represent Home Instead in the field.

Dianne Gritzmacher, Bookkeeping
Dianne has been with Home Instead since 2014 in the capacity of bookkeeper. Dianne is responsible for billing, invoicing, payroll and our county contracts. With an eye for detail and a heart to serve Dianne can be found diligently working in her office surrounded by calculators, computer screens and paperwork!

Rhonda Daily, Office Manager
Rhonda is our Office Manager with over 15 years of experience in Health Care. She started as an Administrator and Program Case Manager working with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). She then transitioned to geriatrics as a Human Resource Director for a large Residential and Skilled Care Community. There she instituted an “Adopt A Resident” program to provide companionship to quarantined seniors during COVID. The program was so successful it was expanded throughout her region! When not at work Rhonda enjoys family time and volunteering/advocating for Veterans.
