About Us

Lisa Herlache, Ph.D., Franchise Owner
Lisa earned her Master's degree in Family Studies and her Ph.D. in psychology from Arizona State University. Her experience includes counseling and assessment. Lisa has family in Wisconsin and personally understands long-distance caregiving needs. She and Marshall have been married over 30 years and have an 19-year-old son, Alexander attending Emory University.

Dr. Marshall Webster, Franchise Owner
Marshall is a retired dentist, having practed in Casa Grande, Arizona for over 25 years. He became interested in Home Instead Senior Care after listening to an interview with the company's founder on NPR. Upon visiting the corporate office in Omaha he was impressed with the company's passion, integrity, and professionalism. His passions include book collecting, Husker football, and his family. Marshall relocated his family to Florida in order to be closer to his mother in Eustis.

Deborah Nease, Client Care and Quality Assurance
Deborah has worked over 30 years in the health care industry. Her background consists of many years as a CNA, Assistant Hospice Co-Ordinator, Medical Records Clerk, Billing, and Intake Co-Ordinator for referrals in a variety of settings. Currently, she is working in Client Services and Quality Assurance for Home Instead Senior Care. She views her ability to make a difference in people's daily lives by assisting them to stay in the comfort of their own homes as a great privilege. To her, it is personal, and she always trys to treat her clients as if they were one of her very own loved ones.

Elizabeth M. Winters, Director of Sales and Marketing
Elizabeth’s love of seniors is evident through her advanced education at The Institute on Aging and twenty years of health care experience focusing on health concerns and options for our senior population. “As our senior demographics dramatically increase, it is imperative I stay continuously connected with my clients with personal and resourceful insight. To us, it truly is PERSONAL.” Elizabeth resides in Manatee County with her two sons. She is extremely active in state, county and local organizations promoting resources for our seniors and their families.
