Jennifer Bassett, President of Operations

Jennifer Bassett, President of Operations

​Jennifer Bassett is co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Benton, AR. Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Ne, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Matt McClure, Co-Owner

Matt McClure, Co-Owner

Matt McClure purchased a Home Instead Senior Care franchise because he believes it’s important for seniors and their families to have options when it comes to their long-term care. A former teacher and high school principal, Matt currently serves as the superintendent of schools for the Cross County School District in Cherry Valley, Arkansas. He is looking forward to working with the older generations, helping seniors in Pulaski, Lonoke and White Counties live safely and independently for as long as possible. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and water sports.

Kandy Gould, General Manager

Kandy Gould, General Manager

​Kandy Gould is the General Manager and helps lead her team to achieve the best quality of care to our seniors and caregivers. Kandy believes that she can help with providing valuable resources to the aging population by gaining trust and building relationships. Kandy has five years of work experience in the Home Health industry. Her experience includes: Customer Service, Scheduling, HR duties, Medical Records, and Receptionist. Kandy moved from Southern California to Arkansas twelve years ago and currently lives with her husband, Dean, and her three children.


Dani Ward - Branch Manager Benton Office

Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Branch Manager she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Jaquese is an 11th grader at Benton High School. Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human.  All in all, Dani is loving and goal oriented and is excited to provide Saline County with the upmost quality care- because "to us it's personal."
Lee Kathryn Lackey, Director of Marketing & Community Engagement

Lee Kathryn Lackey, Director of Marketing & Community Engagement

​Lee Kathryn Lackey is the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement for Home Instead in the Hot Springs and Benton offices. She grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in health education/community health from the University of Central Arkansas and is a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES). She and her teenage son, Jack Henry Frisby, have lived in Hot Springs since 2009. Lee Kathryn is an active member of the Oaklawn Rotary Club and First United Methodist Church Hot Springs.

Lance McClure, Client Care Coordinator

Lance McClure, Client Care Coordinator

Lance McClure has been with Home Instead Senior Care for three years. As the Client Care Coordinator, Lance is the facilitator for services, championing clients from their first day with Home Instead to their last. He evaluates every client’s individual needs and finds the best CAREGiver fit for them, working both in the field and the office to ensure they receive the best care. Lance believes his position is more than a title or a job; he came to Home Instead for the opportunity to help others, particularly the seniors whose lives and stories teach him something valuable every day, and he loves becoming part of their families. Born here in Arkansas, Lance has spent most of his life in the natural state, and he has one daughter who is a 2020 high school senior. In his free time, Lance can be found watching sports, spending time with his family, and praising Jesus.

Hannah Melancon, Client Service Coordinator

Hannah Melancon, Operations Manager

Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead Senior care in April of 2020.  Hannah holds the title of Operations Manager. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manager at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved cat Belle. Hanah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts. 

Cindy Hollingsworth - Administrative Assistant

Cindy Hollingsworth started working at Home Instead as the Administrative Assistant in June of 2021.  Her main job responsibilities of her position include maintaining current and accurate documentation, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, also exhibiting polite and professional communication.  She attended the American InterContinential University (AIU) were she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Management also a Human Resource Management degree.  Cindy was born and raised in Arkansas. She is married to her husband, Chris, and they have five children, three of which they adopted out of the foster care system.  Cindy has one granddaughter (Alayna) whom she loves spoiling.  Also, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her family. 

Neteshia Thomas - Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator | Hot Springs

Raised in NWA-Fayetteville, Neteshia received Medical Assistant experience working in a Nursing Facility and Hospital, she also has 20+ years experience in Recruitment/ Human Resource Management. Neteshia was drawn to Home Instead because of our values and core mission; and she wanted to make a difference in people's lives, starting out as a CAREGiver before becoming our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. 


In her spare time Neteshia enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren.
