Jennifer Bassett, President of Operations
Jennifer Bassett is co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Benton, AR. Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Ne, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Tracy Dalton - Director of Client Care

Kandy Gould - General Manager
Kandy Gould is the General Manager and helps lead her team to achieve the best quality of care to our seniors and caregivers. Kandy believes that she can help with providing valuable resources to the aging population by gaining trust and building relationships. Kandy has five years of work experience in the Home Health industry. Her experience includes: Customer Service, Scheduling, HR duties, Medical Records, and Receptionist. Kandy moved from Southern California to Arkansas twelve years ago and currently lives with her husband, Dean, and her three children.

Lee Kathryn Lackey, Director of Marketing & Community Engagement
Lee Kathryn Lackey is the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement for Home Instead in the Hot Springs and Benton offices. She grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in health education/community health from the University of Central Arkansas and is a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES). She and her teenage son, Jack Henry Frisby, have lived in Hot Springs since 2009. Lee Kathryn is an active member of the Oaklawn Rotary Club and First United Methodist Church Hot Springs.

Dani Ward, Corporate Trainer
Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human. All in all, Dani is loving and goal oriented and is excited to provide Saline County with the upmost quality care- because "to us it's personal."

Carrie Hankins, Financial Director
Originally from Beebe, Arkansas Carrie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before becoming a pharmacist. With over 25 years of experience working with home health patients, Carrie was drawn to Home Instead by our mission for keeping seniors comfortable in their homes, and her passion for helping people. Lance McClure, Client Care Coordinator
Lance McClure has been with Home Instead Senior Care for three years. As the Client Care Coordinator, Lance is the facilitator for services, championing clients from their first day with Home Instead to their last. He evaluates every client’s individual needs and finds the best CAREGiver fit for them, working both in the field and the office to ensure they receive the best care. Lance believes his position is more than a title or a job; he came to Home Instead for the opportunity to help others, particularly the seniors whose lives and stories teach him something valuable every day, and he loves becoming part of their families. Born here in Arkansas, Lance has spent most of his life in the natural state, and he has one daughter who is a 2020 high school senior. In his free time, Lance can be found watching sports, spending time with his family, and praising Jesus.

Hannah Melancon - Director of Service Coordination
Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead in April 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all of our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manger at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved cat Belle. Hannah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts.
