Kim has been with Home Instead for almost 3 years. She is “enhancing lives” here at Home Instead by bringing out the best in our Care Professionals and Key Players through learning and development opportunities.  “Our clients have quality care due mainly to the educational resources and training our Care Pros receive.”

Kim has a multitude of leadership competences in the education and human resource field. She served as a teacher, a consultant, and elementary principal for over 20 years. Leaving public education led her to follow her passion in professional development as a corporate training and development manager in a research facility.
