Franchise Owner & CEO Steve Levin

Steve Levin - Franchise Owner / CEO

Steve Levin started the Philadelphia Home Instead office in 2003. In November of 2023 he purchased the Dresher, PA territory. He uses his experience and passion to provide seniors with a trusted partner, so they can maintain their independence by living safer and more productive lives.

Steve received an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Prior to owning Home Instead, he was a Human Resources Specialist at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Steve can often be seen volunteering with his dogs, Boomer and Zuzu, at nursing homes, hospitals and with the non-profit pet therapy organization, Pals for Life.

Charlea Lyn Grieco - Co-Owner / COO

Charlea Lyn joined Steve Levin’s team at Home Instead in June of 2017 after spending many years working in childcare. The switch to senior care was extremely rewarding and Charlea Lyn spent the past several years wearing many different hats within the organization. In November 2023, Charlea Lyn became a co-owner in both the Center City and Dresher locations. She is excited and honored to continue serving the local community!

Originally from a small farm town in New York, Charlea Lyn holds a B.M. in both Music Education and Vocal Performance from SUNY Fredonia as well as a M.M. in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. In her free time, she loves to still sing and attend performances, but also prioritizes spending time with loved ones, travelling and reading.

Kelly Rostelli - Director of Community Outreach

Kelly Rostelli joined Home Instead in 2019. Before joining the team she was a clinical liaison for an acute rehabilitation hospital. Kelly has over 25 years of healthcare experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and a Graduate degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University.

Kelly enjoys working with the older adult population. She finds it exceptionally rewarding to build and maintain relationships with community partners, clients and their families.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her significant other and their 8 year old daughter. She also enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, and going to the beach in Margate where she lives all year around. 

Janelle Muhlanga -  Service Manager

Janelle Muhlanga - Service Manager

Janelle is the Service Manager for Home Instead and has been with the company since June 2011. Janelle learned about Home Instead through her aunt who used the company in the past, and it was she who recognized Janelle's passion and dedication for helping family and knew homecare highlighted her attributes in helping others as well. Over the years, Janelle has made the commitment to build trust and long-lasting relationships with our Care Professionals and clients. In her experience, each connection with them has been unique and oftentimes, memorable. 

Janelle attended Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Janelle is also an active member of various women's empowerment organizations, where she served as board member, committee chair, and spearheaded conferences. She has received numerous awards and certificates of appreciation for the work that she has done and will continue to be an inspiration to others. 

Her favorite quote, "Greatness is not measured by which a man or woman accomplishes, but by the opposition he or she has overcome to reach his goals" - Dorothy Height.

Maria Konidaris - Service Coordinator

Working in Customer Service and with computer databases most of her career, Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at Temple University's Klein College of Media and Communications, and her Associate's degree in Communications at Community College of Philadelphia. Maria came to Home Instead in May of 2019 after working for 12 and a half years in local Philadelphia law firms. She enjoys working at Home Instead, helping to staff Care Professionals with Clients to create connections that prove a good and lasting fit.

Samantha Pierre, HR Generalist

Samantha Pierre - HR Generalist

Sam joined the Home Instead team in July 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern University where she developed her leadership skills and passion for helping others. Prior to Home Instead, Sam worked in HR and home care recruiting for two years. It was during this time that she truly began to see a lifelong career in the HR field. Outside of Home Instead, Sam serves as a worship leader and the Youth Society Director for her church where she coordinates programs for the youth and young adults in their community. Sam also loves to spend time with her family and friends, traveling, and listening to live music. Sam loves building long-lasting connections with people and is excited to be a part of the Home Instead team.

Valerie Greene - Office Coordinator

Valerie Greene - Office Coordinator

Val Joined Home Instead August 2022, one of the newest members to the team! Val has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Hartford and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University. Before joining our team, she was an assistant for a reality group at Compass. Her previous background and experience is in working with children who have learning disabilities. Val is excited to be a part of a team that values helping others and providing the best care to the Care Professionals and Clients.

Val’s interest in joining the Home Instead team stems from personal experience of her family using a senior care service. She has first-hand experience in how the relationships between the Client and the CAREgivers become long-lasting.

Morgan O’Leary – Client Care Coordinator

Morgan O’Leary – Client Care Coordinator

Morgan joined Home Instead in August 2022. She grew up in the mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado, and graduated from Colorado State University. She has a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and minors in Gerontology and American Sign Language. Morgan is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Nutritional Therapist. In addition to her work in care coordination, she also runs Alzheimer's and Dementia training for our Care Professionals.

While living in Colorado, she completed an internship at her local Home Instead franchise where she developed her love for working with older adults and an appreciation for the personalized service of Home Instead. She enjoys hiking with her two dachshunds, rock climbing, reading, and exploring local restaurants.

Jenn Sonn – Client Care Coordinator, Physical Therapist

Jenn joined Home Instead in January 2023. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Villanova University and a Graduate Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Jenn has over 25 years of healthcare experience working with the senior population in various settings including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and in home care . Prior to joining Home Instead, Jenn worked in home health care as a licensed physical therapist and case manager.  Jenn finds it fulfilling to work with seniors and their families' building relationships and providing support to help senior clients remain safe and happy in their home environment. She is excited to continue this mission at Home Instead.

Olivia Grant – On-Call Coordinator

Olivia rejoined Home Instead in September of 2022, as a Weekend On-Call Coordinator servicing both our Care Professionals and Clients. Previously, Olivia was a Caregiver with Home Instead from 2013 -2017 and has over a decade of healthcare experience working with the elderly communities. 

Olivia's passion for healthcare lends to her full-time role as a Paralegal in a Philadelphia Law firm, where seeks justice for those who have suffered catastrophic injuries. Olivia has achieved her Associates Degree and Paralegal Certification at Delaware County Community College. She is currently pursuing her Undergrad in Communications at Drexel University. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and listening to music.  

Jessica Snoberger - Client Care Coordinator, Physical Therapist

Jessica has worked for Home Instead Philadelphia for almost 3 years. She is a licensed physical therapist with almost 5 years of experience in the hospital setting, helping people in their worst moments to regain the function to return home! Now, she works hard to keep people in their own homes as a client care coordinator. She found her love for the elderly population while in graduate school and loves being able to help so many stay Home Instead!

 

George Limbani Lead Caregiver and Office Assistant

George Limbani - Lead Caregiver/Office Assistant

George joined Home Instead in August 2014. He has 29 years of experience in pastoral care, pastoral counseling, and spiritual direction given to people from different demographics. George is also a certified chaplain, level 1 (ACPE, Inc.) trained at Eistein Medical Center, Philadelphia, specializing in clinical pastoral counseling of patients, families, and the medical team. George uses his pastoral experience and chaplaincy experience in giving exceptional care and service to all his clients and their family members. George graduated from Seattle University, WA with Master of Divinity and Doctor of Education specializing in educational leadership and management. George enjoys reading, writing, researching, and working with multicultural communities of faith.
