Meet Our Team

Stephanie has worked in the senior care industry for approximately 10 years. Working for Home Instead is by far the most rewarding and challenging opportunity. Stephanie enjoys interacting with the seniors themselves as well as the families and caregivers that help to care for them. She grew up in Lubbock and has two children. Her hobbies include photography and reading as well as spending time with her children.

Juanita is responsible for hiring and training a professional CAREGiver for our clients. Juanita does an excellent job of finding that great CAREGiver with a compasionate heart to meet our client's needs. She has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2005. Juanita has two grown children and two grandchildren and she is an excellent cook.

Michelle has been a CNA for over 20 years and has worked with all ages from pediatric to geriatric. She worked for Hospice as a CNA for 11 years and the elderly are a big passion of hers. Michelle enjoys teaching others about the things she has learned and trying to make caregivers and clients comfortable with each other. She moved back to Texas from Florida in 2013 and came to work for Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver and now is part of the office staff. Michelle has 3 children 1 daughter and 2 sons and when she is not working she is enjoying time with them.

Alyssa started with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREgiver in 2016. The following year she took a break to complete her education and obtained a Bachelor's in Human Services. In 2018, she returned as part of the office team. Alyssa has a passion for helping others and feels extremely blessed to be a part of Home Instead Senior Care. Alyssa has two small kids and four dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, listening to music, and watching movies.

Paula has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2010. At the start, she spent her time as a caregiver to many wonderful clients, and in 2015, joined the office team. She now assists with client care management as well as caregiver support. Paula enjoys spending time listening to music, gardening, trips to the mountains, and most of all, spending time with her 6 grandchildren.

I have been in many aspects of Healthcare in the last 25-30 years. I come from a long line of nurses and healthcare workers. In my free time I love to be with my family, bake, make crafts, decorate and spend as much time as possible spoiling my first grandbaby, a little boy who recently turned a year old! I am very thankful for the position that I have at Home Instead Senior Care and love knowing that what I do on a daily basis really does make a difference in the lives of those we serve and those I work with!

Kristen has a background in healthcare working in a nursing facility and hospice agency. The last year and a half, she took a break to focus on her education and her family. She recently obtained her Master's in Social Work. Kristen has a passion and love for helping others. She says, "I am extremely blessed to be a part of the Home Instead Senior Care family as one of the Client Care Managers." Kristen has one small child and two fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and fellowship with others.
