Amy Giovannani, Owner
"Amy G." joined Home Instead in 2020 thrilled with the opportunity to apply her considerable experience to help seniors get the very best in-home care possible. Amy has worked with the older adult population for over 23 years and is passionate about providing outstanding care so that our Clients can remain safely in their own homes living their best lives. Amy is also a Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association and hosts support groups in Southern Maine.

Melissa Legendre, Office Coordinator
Melissa Legendre is the consummate Office Coordinator, providing alternatively the glue and the grease to keep the office running smoothly. Besides managing our phones and reception desk, Melissa provides support for each of the office staff. Melissa also works with your Long Term Insurance Company to ensure timely reimbursement.
You may bump into Melissa walking the beach with her two fur babies, Jax and Cooper!

Jeri Bogan, Training Coordinator
Jeri joined Home Instead after working for over 40 years with the elderly in facility settings, primarily memory care. She holds CNA/MT, CRMA, and CMA certifications. Jeri is responsible for training our Care Professionals which is provided via classroom, online, team trainings and one-on-one. Jeri works closely with our Care Pro's to ensure our Client's needs are being met.
Jeri is a music lover, you may run into her at a concert sometime!

Dani Mercer, Human Resources and Recruitment Co-Ordinator
Here at Home Instead, Dani is very focused on hiring top quality Care Professionals. With her great communication skills, and the desire to want the best for our client's, she is very busy! In her role, Dani is selective and thorough so that we can provide you with the best in home care services. Dani also handles all of our human resource needs. She will always greet you with a smile and enjoys working with our Care Professionals to ensure that not only their needs are being met, but that they are enjoying working for Home Instead. In turn, we are able to provide our Clients and their families with exceptional service, peace of mind and long lasting friendships.
Dani says she is solar powered, so you might find her outside the office catching some rays on her lunch break.

Diane Sirois, Scheduling Coordinator
Diane joined Home Instead after 20+ years working with individuals with developmental and intellectual delays, their families, and case managers. Diane works diligently to ensure our Care Professionals can meet our Client's scheduling needs. No matter if it's a morning, evening overnight or 24/7 shift, Diane makes it happen. She really enjoys talking with our Clients and gets great satisfaction knowing our Client's are being well cared for.
When not working, Diane enjoys spending quality time with her twin, 3 year old grand children.

Kim St. Saviour, On Call Supervisor
Kim moved to New England over twenty years ago and has since moved back to her native Kentucky, where she leads a full, rich life with her husband and dog and cats, enjoying camping, nature walks, gardening, sewing and crafting, singing and playing the guitar. Kim has been a caregiver all of her life, and in particular enjoys providing hospice care to those in need. Kim was a CAREGiver for Home Instead for many years and now remotely manages our after-hours Emergency On Call and assists Ben with scheduling.

Jean Gray, On Call Supervisor
Jean's business background has transferred well to Home Instead with her commitment to our clients. Her attention to detail comes through in finding appropriate matches of CAREGivers and clients when scheduling. You will find Jean's personality engaging, upbeat and always friendly. She has lived in Kennebunk for twenty years and is close with her adult children and growing number of grandchildren.
