I have been employed by home instead for 17 years and still going strong. They are great to work for. They are compassionate kind and understanding. They have a knack for placing caregiver with client. Each are comfortable with others immediately they train you. The pay is competitive. The thing I like best is you can pick your own hours a few or a full time job. When you need time off, just request in advance, no questions asked. Come join us. Stay a while.
