Julie Sollars, Client Care Coordinator
Julie is our Client Care Coordinator, and we are very excited to her join Home Instead! She has a passion for caring for seniors and their families. In December of 2021, Julie graduated from Bowling Green State University where she obtained a degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in General Business and Insurance. Throughout college Julie worked with seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities as an Activities Assistant. After graduating, Julie moved back to her hometown of London, OH where she accepted the Activities Director position at an assisted living facility. Her current role is to reach out to prospective clients, build relationships with our current clients and their families through home visits and quality assurance visits, as well as working to develop a plan of care. Outside of work Julie likes to spend most of her time with friends and family. She loves to read, go to concerts, travel and experience new things!

Rasnva Fike,Retention Recruitment Coordinator
Raz is an OSU graduate with a B.A. in Psychology. She has lived in Central Columbus her whole life. She has a passion for caring for people who need extra support and being a listening ear for others. Raz started out working with children directly out of high school doing daycare and summer camp.
After graduating from OSU in 2017, she worked with at-risk teens in a residential home for a year, then she became a special needs teacher for the next 5 years. Being a teacher for kids on the Autism spectrum as well as other disabilities taught Raz that our differences really do make the world an interesting and better place. She knows that there is something to learn from everyone because her students taught her so much about love and life.
Raz loves spending time with her husband, twin daughters Leena & Sonya (10 years old), and their two cats. She is close with her mother as well as her tight-knit group of friends. She loves road trips, trails/hiking, travelling internationally, thrift store shopping, and drinking tea with dark chocolate. She also enjoys meeting new people. At Home Instead she gets to meet new people every day conducting interviews with potential CarePros!
