Meet Our Team

I am the new General Manager for Home Instead. I have been a licensed social worker in Arkansas for over 20 years and have experience working with all age groups. However, I enjoy working with the older population the most.

I was born and raised in Paragould, AR where most of my family still live. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Nick, for 16 years. We have two children, a 20 year old daughter and a 13 year old son. In my spare time (haha who has spare time) I enjoy reading and swimming. I have a very large family that is close knit and look out for one another. I truly enjoy spending time with them, especially when we go on our “girl trips”.

Hello, my name is Makayla McCrackin. I am the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator at Home Instead. I help with the hiring process from performing interviews to teaching training class, but I also oversee the educational monthly in-services for our caregivers and keep caregiver files up to date on background checks and required information. I really find joy in helping our clients get the services and help that they need. I thoroughly enjoy the team we have here at Home Instead in the office and with our caregivers and clients. I have been with Home Instead for 2 years now, and have learned a lot, and have really connected with our clients and caregivers.

Just a few things to get to know me. I have lived in Jonesboro my whole life, I am very involved in my church, and enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and puppy dog. I have a Masters degree in Social Work, and look forward to applying information I have learned to working with our clients as well.

My name is Shiloh Gonzalez. I have been the Scheduling Coordinator at the Jonesboro Location since Dec. 2020, and was a caregiver before that. I was recently married in Aug 2021 to Macario Gonzalez. I was born and raised in Paragould, AR.

My Husband and I currently live in Pocahontas, AR with a huge pet family including 2 pit bull puppies -Rose and Fang, 2 Cats – Snitch and Puddin and 1 Snake- Nagini. I enjoy Reading, Crocheting, and spending time with my Family.

My name is LeaAnn Hutchison and I joined Home Instead in 2020 as a caregiver. I got the opportunity to come into the office as an Administrative Assistant and have since worked my way up to Client Care Coordinator. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2015 and enjoy working in home health most of all. I am also a volunteer for Honor with Ornaments.

I currently live in Bay, Arkansas with my husband, Cory, and our son, Jaxon. In my free time I enjoy shopping, watching movies, and playing games with my family.

My name is Bailey Goff and I am new to the Jonesboro Home Instead team. I am the first face seen when coming to the office and help anywhere I am needed. My time with Home Instead originally started in Louisville, Kentucky a few years ago. I was so excited to be able to join the team here after moving back home.

I live in Monette, AR with my sweet husband, Jeremy and our two cats, Josie and Gracie. I love spending time with my family and helping others.
