Meet Our Team

I am the new General Manager for Home Instead. I have been a licensed social worker in Arkansas for over 20 years and have experience working with all age groups. However, I enjoy working with the older population the most.

I was born and raised in Paragould, AR where most of my family still live. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Nick, for 16 years. We have two children, a 20 year old daughter and a 13 year old son. In my spare time (haha who has spare time) I enjoy reading and swimming. I have a very large family that is close knit and look out for one another. I truly enjoy spending time with them, especially when we go on our “girl trips”.

Julie is our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She helps with the hiring process from performing interviews to teaching training class, and she also oversees the educational monthly in-services for our caregivers. For the last 17 years she has worked with kids and adults with developmental disabilities. Over the years, she has been a caregiver, a supervisor in residential services at JHDC, a care coordinator for an Arkansas Passe and supervised a waiver company locally.

Julie was born and raised in Blytheville, AR and currently resides in Brookland. She has 5 children and 2 grandbabies on the way. She loves spending time with her family, friends and watching any crime shows and documentaries.

My name is Shiloh Bruner. I have worked for Home Instead since June, 2020. I have worked as a caregiver, scheduling coordinator, and am now the Home Care Consultant for the Jonesboro, AR location.

I was born and raised in Paragould, AR. I enjoy reading, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

My name is LeaAnn Hutchison and I joined Home Instead in 2020 as a caregiver. I got the opportunity to come into the office as an Administrative Assistant and have since worked my way up to Client Care Coordinator. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2015 and enjoy working in home health most of all. I am also a volunteer for Honor with Ornaments.

I currently live in Bay, Arkansas with my husband, Cory, and our son, Jaxon. In my free time I enjoy shopping, watching movies, and playing games with my family.

My name is Bailey Goff and I am new to the Jonesboro Home Instead team. I am the first face seen when coming to the office and help anywhere I am needed. My time with Home Instead originally started in Louisville, Kentucky a few years ago. I was so excited to be able to join the team here after moving back home.

I live in Monette, AR with my sweet husband, Jeremy and our two cats, Josie and Gracie. I love spending time with my family and helping others.

My name is Sierrah Floyd and I joined Home Instead in 2024 as an administrative assistant, which means I help handle general office tasks and administrative duties. I am the first smile you see when you come into the office and the last before you leave!
I currently live in Paragould, AR where I graduated High School and played college basketball at Crowley’s Ridge College! I love spending time with the people I love, as well as painting/drawing, going to the gym, and reading in my spare time. I also keep a lucky walnut in my car!
