Home Instead is expanding our team of Benton County caregivers. Most seniors want to remain in their homes. Many of them will need some type of home care to achieve that goal. The clients we serve depend on people who are open-minded, willing to learn and view feedback as an opportunity to grow. The seniors enjoy spending time with those who approach life with a positive attitude and perspective.

Weekends are busy for families struggling to address their own needs and the needs of their aging loved ones. Caregivers provide, but are not limited to, the following:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's Care

Applicants must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance
• Value the importance of treating and caring for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Able to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead*
