Jim Trisch, RN, CEO/Franchise Owner

Jim Trisch, RN, CEO/Franchise Owner

Jim worked as a registered nurse for more than 30 years in critical care, organ donation, transplantation and executive leadership. He realized, through his nursing career and caring for his mom, the tremendous need for in-home care. That's what brought him to his mission with Home Instead Senior Care. When he's not working, Jim enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He also volunteers for an organization that helps to support foster youth.

Cherisse Cruz, Staffing Coordinator

Cherisse Cruz, Staffing Coordinator

​Cherisse is the Staffing Coordinator. She has over 25 years of experience working as a caregiver and joined the Home Instead family in 2008 and was instantly connected to the mission and culture of the organization. Cherisse is responsible for hiring, screening, training, and providing ongoing support to CAREGivers. She takes pride in recruiting and hiring the best CAREGivers to serve our seniors. Her compassion and direction are an invaluable resource for the team she leads and the CAREGivers she supports.

Cherisse's love for seniors began early on when she cared for a friends Grandmother, and it was then when she realized how rewarding it was to be able to help others. In 2017 she transitioned from being a caregiver and joined the office team as the staffing coordinator. She now uses her previous skills to inspire others to find a passion for serving seniors.

In her spare time, Cherisse loves to spend time with her son. She also enjoys listening to music, weekend get aways with her family & friends, watching sports, and going to LA Dodger Games.

Mabel Lopez, Service Coordinator

Mabel Lopez, Service Coordinator

​Mabel is the Service Coordinator and comes with many years of caregiving experience. Mabel is responsible in assisting with the CAREGiver screening, hiring, and training. She also works in developing and maintaining client and CAREGivers assessments and QA visits in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

Mabel started with Home Instead in 2019 and in her role, she has the ability to stay calm, listen, and help a client/family or caregiver through any challenging situation. Mabel also knows the value of staying connected to the caregivers, and one way of many ways of doing this, she takes pride in creating and sharing the monthly CAREGiver Newsletter. When not working, Mabel enjoys spending time with her family, going hiking outdoors, and playing sports.
