I love the flexibility I'm afforded; if I need to get Mom to an appointment or go out of town, all I have to do is call and her care will be covered. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You understand how difficult this process can be for a dementia patient, and are willing to work within my mother's comfort zone to provide her the assistance she needs to stay in her home. Home Instead cared for our dad on/off for about 3 years as he struggled with various health challenges, including walking. They provided a variety of services such as food prep, light housekeeping, running errands, driving him to doctor appointments, and getting him dressed. Team was dependable, attentive, kind and respectful. If we had an issue with someone (very minor), they addressed it immediately & supported our requests. They gave us peace of mind that he was being treated like they would treat their family. We highly recommend this organization. Thank you!
My mother has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. She is no longer capable of managing her medication. I am so grateful for the excellent care she receives through Home Instead Senior Care. On the days that I cannot help her, Home Instead does. Mom enjoys seeing the staff when they visit. I now have peace of mind that my mother will take her medication correctly.

This exceptional organization has been providing assistance to my elderly parents for a number of months. We depend on the local office for occasional "respite" care for mom when we're out of town or working. Mom lives in a retirement community and loves their companion service.
I like Home Instead Senior Care because its affordable and I like their contract visits. We are using them for three months now. The caregiver is very proficient, caring and professional in every way and she's doing really well. We are using her three days a week in the afternoon as companionship for my spouse just to give me some time off. They are very well together and she's very patient in her activities. They are very good and we hope to continue using them.
