Haynes Payne - Owner

Haynes Payne, Chief Executive Officer

Haynes joins Home Instead in Melbourne, Florida after more than 15 years in the health industry. Most recently, he used his talent in the medical device field by helping patients and surgeons achieve positive outcomes in necessary spinal fusion surgeries. Through the experience of helping friends and family members navigate home health care, Haynes decided to make his passion of serving others a business. 

“Our clients are like our family. We provide compassionate care throughout Brevard County. Whether assisting with personal services, running errands or simply providing companionship, it is all personal to us,” Haynes states. 

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Haynes’ love of boats and fishing grew while living in Charleston, South Carolina. Now a full-time resident and business owner in the Space Coast, Haynes is enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. 

Jane Huntsinger - Registered Nurse Supervisor

Jane Huntsinger, Registered Nurse Supervisor

Jane is a registered nurse with 25 years of skilled care and management experience, both in the clinical and home health care settings. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional care and compassion. Jane has extensive experience in geriatric knowledge to include dementia and Alzheimer's training. Jane's passion is to help make a difference in our seniors lives, a heartwarming and rewarding journey.

Roberta Mosley - Director of Human Resources and Scheduling

Roberta Mosley, Director of Human Resources and Scheduling

​Bobbi comes to us from Connecticut, and she has now made Micco, Florida her new home. Healthcare has always been a passion of hers with years of experience in Skilled Facilities, Hospitals, and Dialysis, but she's found her heart in Home Care. After caring for her mom, Mary, with Lewy Bodies Dementia she has dedicated herself to be an advocate for our home care community.

Johanne Alonzo - Human Resource Coordinator

Johanne Wagner, Recruitment Coordinator

Johanne is originally from New Jersey. She moved to Palm Bay 30 years ago where she raised her beautiful son and daughter. With her she brings over 30 years of customer service experience to Home Instead. She came to us in 2018 as a caregiver, after her mother passed away from cancer. She is incredibly excited to be here, and feels like she has found her new home, where she can begin her new journey serving our seniors with heartwarming compassion.

Bernadette Pittman, Recruitment Coordinator

Bernadette Pittman is Home Instead Brevard’s hiring leader who brings her positive attitude and passion for helping others to the office every day. From aerospace to healthcare, Bernadette has 15+ years of recruiting experience in a variety of industries. At Home Instead she plays an integral role in building our Care Professional team who serves seniors from Cocoa to Palm Bay. Her extensive talent acquisition background and inspiring nature is for is one of the reasons our Care Pro team is respected and loved by our clients.

Bernadette is a natural people person, driven to help others. She currently lives in Melbourne, Florida and enjoys cooking, gardening, and DIY projects with her fun-loving dog, Zane.

Tami Collins - Finance Assistant

Tami Collins, Finance Assistant

Tami is the financial wizard in our Melbourne location. From managing payroll to answering client billing questions, Tami’s love for math and caring for others shines in all her daily responsibilities. In addition, her thoughtful approach to navigating long-term care insurance details is an example of her kind, family-styled approach to our clientele. This genuine, friendly approach elevates the quality of service given by the team at Home Instead.

Originally from Ohio, Tami moved to the Space Coast more than 15 years ago. She enjoys living near the beach and spending time with her family.

Louise Marks - Office Coordinator

Louise Marks, Office Coordinator

​She is a Florida Cracker, born on west coast in Brooksville, family moved to Orlando when she was a teenager, she has been in Melbourne since April 1, 1978. Has two grown children, a Daughter and a Son. She also has one Granddaughter and one Grandson from her Daughter, and all three of them are attending college at this time. She came to work at Home Instead Senior Care on April 8th, 2015 as our welcoming receptionist​. We are very happy to have Louise on our team.
