Haynes Payne - Owner

Haynes Payne, Chief Executive Officer

Haynes joins Home Instead in Melbourne, Florida after more than 15 years in the health industry. Most recently, he used his talent in the medical device field by helping patients and surgeons achieve positive outcomes in necessary spinal fusion surgeries. Through the experience of helping friends and family members navigate home health care, Haynes decided to make his passion of serving others a business. 

“Our clients are like our family. We provide compassionate care throughout Brevard County. Whether assisting with personal services, running errands or simply providing companionship, it is all personal to us,” Haynes states. 

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Haynes’ love of boats and fishing grew while living in Charleston, South Carolina. Now a full-time resident and business owner in the Space Coast, Haynes is enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.

Beverley Squire-Wiggins, General Manager

Originally from Nottinghamshire, England Beverley joins Home Instead after more than 15 years in education and a further 13 years in the printing & marketing industry.  Most recently, Beverley used her talents within the healthcare  sector as a marketer and community engagement specialist promoting the benefits of Home Health Care and Hospice Services.  Beverley loves to help others through volunteerism,. Beverley is a lifelong learner, she enjoys staying physically active through exercise and spending time with her grown up children.

 

Jane Huntsinger - Registered Nurse Supervisor

Jane Huntsinger, Registered Nurse Supervisor

Jane is a registered nurse with 25 years of skilled care and management experience, both in the clinical and home health care settings. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional care and compassion. Jane has extensive experience in geriatric knowledge to include dementia and Alzheimer's training. Jane's passion is to help make a difference in our seniors lives, a heartwarming and rewarding journey.

Team Member - Rose

Rose Bobier, Sales & Marketing Director

Rose understands the importance of having a reliable and compassionate care team.  Her personal caregiving journey with her Mom would have been overwhelming for her and her Mother without the love and support they received.  She knew that she wanted to join a team that would allow her to give back what she received.  

Rose brings not only a very personal perspective but also has over 30 years of marketing experience in media, public relations, and events.

Born and raised in Melbourne, she's a proud local gal.  Rose graduated from the University of Florida "Go Gators!  She enjoys the lifestyle here on the Space Coast... surfing, boating, seeing manatees and other wildlife, and watching incredible space launches are just a few things she loves to do.

Alison Lundstrom, Director of Human Resources & Retention

Hi, I'm Alison Lundstrom, a result-driven HR professional, and mother of two from Miami. Working in one of Florida's largest senior living facilities, I've gained extensive knowledge in Operations Administration specializing in Food and Environmental Services. 

By utilizing my excellent relationship skills and enthusiasm to help others achieve their goals, I'm excited to create and implement employee development plans as well as retention strategies that will positively impact our level of service and highlight the organization's purpose. 

It is my mission to enhance the client experience by supporting and equipping our Care Professionals and staff with all the tools we need to succeed!

Vanessa Parks, Recruiter

Vanessa is originally from Atlanta, GA, and brings over 10 years of Talent Acquisition, Project Management, and Business Operational Management experience to the leadership team. Her meticulous organization and process streamlining allow her to create and implement positive improvements in the Talent Acquisition Strategy Development. She has obtained experience working in both public and private sectors, which has provided her with an extensive knowledge base. She enjoys trying new foods, vacations, shopping, and spending time with her two children.

Tami Collins - Finance Assistant

Tami Collins, Finance Assistant

Tami is the financial wizard in our Melbourne location. From managing payroll to answering client billing questions, Tami’s love for math and caring for others shines in all her daily responsibilities. In addition, her thoughtful approach to navigating long-term care insurance details is an example of her kind, family-styled approach to our clientele. This genuine, friendly approach elevates the quality of service given by the team at Home Instead.

Originally from Ohio, Tami moved to the Space Coast more than 15 years ago. She enjoys living near the beach and spending time with her family.

Jessica Bohanick, Service Inquiry Specialist

Jessica moved to Florida to help provide care for family, while raising 3 wonderful children and a couple of fur babies. Her personal philosophy is, 'A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset' and is dedicated to helping others. 

 

Team Member - Marcia Taylor

Marcia Taylor, Lead Service Coordinator

Marcia Taylor is originally from Kingston, Jamaica recently joined the Home Instead office team having previously being in the role of a Care Professional with us.  Marcia brings with her over 20 years of experience in Home Health Care that we know will benefit and compliment the work she does.  Marcia enjoys giving back to others in whatever way she can, she loves to read and spending time with her family.

Louise Marks - Office Coordinator

Louise Marks, Office Coordinator

​She is a Florida Cracker, born on west coast in Brooksville, family moved to Orlando when she was a teenager, she has been in Melbourne since April 1, 1978. Has two grown children, a Daughter and a Son. She also has one Granddaughter and one Grandson from her Daughter, and all three of them are attending college at this time. She came to work at Home Instead Senior Care on April 8th, 2015 as our welcoming receptionist​. We are very happy to have Louise on our team.
