Say hello to Lisa Anderson, the January Professional CAREGiver of the Month. Lisa’s heart for caregiving starts at home. Lisa was at a time when she was taking care of her father driving him back and forth to Doctor’s appointments and she needed a job that fit her schedule. This was very important to her. Home Instead provided a great opportunity to provide for her family while caring for others. Lisa’s communication is second to none and her daily logs are always complete and error free. She is great with giving progress updates for her clients. She stands ready to assist if one of her clients need extended availability as well. When not working Lisa loves the outdoors and all its beauty. Her favorite activity is fishing, saying that is how she truly loves to relax. She also enjoys a good yard sale, saying sometimes its just fun to see all the stuff people are trying to sale. The admin team is quoted saying; “Lisa is a wonderful caregiver. She is the first to help in a time of need and communicates well with our office staff. She provides amazing care to our clients and is very compassionate about her position as a Professional CAREGiver. She is very goal driven and exceeds expectations by going the extra mile for her clients.
