Jamie and Darin Hecht, Owners
We are Jamie and Darin Hecht, the owners of Home Instead in Rockland County. We have been owners since 2019, but this office has been in the community for 20 years. As Caregivers for our grandparents and Jamie’s dad, we know first-hand what is like to have a loved one who needs some extra help. Jamie has been in the healthcare industry since college. She has a degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences. Darin has been a business owner for over 20 years in various areas.
Our goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging work environment for our Care Professionals. We strive to provide excellent care to our clients, allowing them to age safely at home with integrity and dignity. We oversee the day-to-day operations of Home Instead.
Cassandra C, Service Manager
Cassandra has been with Home Instead for 8 years. She oversees scheduling, long term care submissions and billing. She is also here to ensure all services are going well.
Barbara M, Client Care Coordinator
Barbara has been with Home Instead for over 2 years. She started as the recruiter and wanted to work more with our clients. She now is the client contact for our office. She ensures all services are going well by doing quality assurance visits and checking in with all of our clients on a regular basis.
Marianne M, Office Assistant
Marianne has been with Home Instead for 2 years. She is the friendly voice who answers all calls and helps with recruiting and hiring.
