Meet Our Team
Name: DeAnna White
Position: Director of Operations for Coppell and Carrollton
About you: I married my college sweet - heart. We relocated to TX in 2013 and started a church that is still thriving today. I enjoy shopping and vacationing with my family. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my hubby and watch my kiddos travel and play competitive basketball, football and dance.
Work Experience: I've dedicated my career to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their full potential. There's nothing more fulfilling than seeing the positive impact I can have on others' lives and careers.
Fun Fact: My favorite color is pink, and I love Starbucks iced coffees!

DeAnna White
Name: Monica Johnson
Position: Office Manager - Accounting
About you: I’m first generation born in America; my family is from the Czech Republic. I grew up in Florida and Arizona, helping at my grandparent’s restaurant. I love traveling and have been to seven countries and fifteen states. Before coming to work for Home Instead, I worked for Home Depot for ten years in different areas of the store.
Work Experience: I started with Home Instead in November 2009 as the first caregiver our owners John and Temi hired. A year and a half later I started helping in scheduling while still helping as a caregiver. I have over the years progressed to helping where needed in doing care consults and now as handling the billing and payroll for both our Texas office and Florida office.

Name: Christina Luna
Your Position: Administrative Assistant
About you: I am passionate about changing lives and having a positive impact on those around me. I help my Mom at home with providing care for my Grandmother who has dementia.
Work Experience: I provide support to various departments within Home Instead. I am often called upon to lend my expertise and assistance to my colleagues. I help coordinate complex care plans, facilitate communication between departments, and contribute to special projects.
Fun Fact: I greatly enjoy the outdoors, bird watching and going for walks.

Your Name: Carolyn Smith
Your Position: PATH (HR) Manager
About you: I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. I have a wonderful family and I surround myself with amazing friends. I enjoy being involved in the community, going to charity events, dinners, and concerts. And most of all, I love drinking my iced coffees!
Work Experience: I graduated from the University of Texas and have pursued a career in HR. I come from a healthcare recruiting background and am excited to continue pursuing my passion for working with people and helping companies grow.
Fun Fact: A fun fact about me is that I lived in Tel Aviv for a year!

Your Position: Client Case Manager
About you: I am a proud Floridian, humanitarian, women's activist, forward thinker, and creative problem solver. Most importantly, I'm a proud mother who loves new experiences, nature, water, and doing things that make an impact and improve the quality of life for future generations.
Work Experience: I have over 21 years of experience in various industries, collecting skills and guidance to enhance my professional career in human resources, talent acquisition, office management, payroll management, and case management.
Fun Fact: I love to laugh and make others smile and laugh as well.

Name: Sharon Lamb
Position: Client Care Coordinator
About you: I enjoy walking at the park, eating out at the Cheesecake Factory, and watching my favorite movies.
Work Experience: I started my career with Homestead in Addison -Coppell as a Personal Attendant Caregiver in 2012. I also have worked with Silverado Memory Care as a CNA in Southlake – working and caring for Alzheimer’s clients.
Fun Fact: I enjoy shopping at NorthPark at Dillard’s department store for my favorite perfume “Angel” by Thierry Mugler.

Name: Eden Flanders
About you: In my free time I love to spend time with my two grandchildren in Coppell, I love running Marathons, I have ran over a dozen of Marathons and over two dozen Half Marathons.
Work Experience: I have been a Registered Nurse for over forty years. I studied Nursing at the University of Guam School of Nursing and graduated in1979. I have worked in the Medical Surgical Department, Obstetrics/ Post-Partum, Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and Emergency Department in Guam, Honolulu, Austin, Los Angeles and Dallas.
