Meet Our Team

Adam joined Home Instead in June of 2013. With a degree in Psychology and a passion for seniors Adam started in the Client Liaison role and learned all the innerworkings of Home Instead. He has been involved in staffing, recruiting, client care, and the inquiry and consultation process of prospective clients.   

 As the General Manager Adam is focused on providing dignity and peace of mind for all clients while nurturing a culture from which all our caregivers and key players can flourish.

 Adam in his free time enjoys singing at his church, sports and most importantly spending time with his wife and son. 

John R. Hoss has been an a Field Service Manager for Home Instead for 8 years.  In this role John manages care givers and assesses senior clients.  He is uplifted and fulfilled when connecting with clients and caregivers.  John believes the best way to manage home care is to be in the home.  

Prior to Home Instead, John worked in the medical field.   For 35 years John worked as a Medical Lab technologist, which exposed him to many symptoms and ailments faced by seniors.  These experiences help John relate to his clients.

In his free time John enjoys being with family and friends. His main interests are traveling, cooking and either going to sporting events or watching them.  John spends every moment he can by the water, enjoying nature and relaxing.

Rage Ledbetter has been a part of Home Instead since 2014.  He joined Home Instead after working for the IL Department of Mental Health for more than 20 years.  During his time there, Rage cared for some of the toughest mental health cases and prided himself on making intimate connections with patients.  Rage is from a large family and was fortunate to be around many elders throughout childhood.  He learned to respect and enjoy time with his senior family members.  Today, Rage uses the full complement of these experiences to assist Care Professionals, seniors and their families as Field Service Manager at Home Instead. 

Rage has a passion for movies, music and pop culture.  He is proud of his large family.  An entrepreneur, Rage founded Tango Comics in 2009.

​Jennifer began her career with Home Instead in 2016 as a caregiver. Always up for a challenge, she worked with several clients in all stages of need. In time she became a Caregiver Mentor, trained newer caregivers and assisted the office staff with her combined CNA and Administrative experience. Since then, her role evolved and she now thoroughly enjoys her service as the Staffing Coordinator. Still ever the caregiver, she continues to serve clients, their families, and caregivers alike over the phone.

In her spare time she spends time with family, enjoys playing the violin, baking, reading, and taking a run.

Dale started with Home Instead in 2019 as a bookkeeper. Before working for Home Instead, he worked in landscaping while pursuing his degree in Accounting.  He enjoys working with numbers and helping people solve problems.  Problem-solving helped Dale thrive at Home Instead helping clients and their families with bills, Veterans benefits and long-term care insurance.

In his spare time, Dale takes care of his Blue-and-Yellow macaw named Jack. He is also an avid storm chaser with a passion for meteorology. Dale is always striving to learn more about severe storms in order to help people impacted during these extreme and dangerous events.
