Andrew graduated from Baylor University in 1994 and planned on becoming the next advertising guru. While working in advertising his grandmother become ill which turned into almost a full-time family caregiver position for his mother. After witnessing the rewards and difficulties of caring for a loved one at home he sought a position at Home Instead Senior Care's home office in Omaha. In 1999, Andrew managed the original Home Instead office and became very passionate about keeping seniors at home. His passion lies in finding long term in-home solutions that will improve and enhance a senior's quality of life while preserving dignity. In 2001, he was offered a promotion into Omaha's corporate Home Instead office but declined to open the Tulsa franchise. Andrew prides himself on being the longest tenured owner in home care in the Tulsa area, being in business since November 2001. He loves the fact that Home Instead has made such a difference in the Tulsa community for so long.
